We operate multiple servers online, and recently faced significant downtime due to a DDoS attack originating from Amazon AWS IP addresses. After reporting the issue to AWS and submitting the requested log files, we received no further communication for several days, despite sending multiple follow-up emails. During this period, our servers and entire network remained offline, causing major disruptions.When AWS finally responded, they requested additional log files, which we promptly provided. However, once again, there was radio silence for days with no meaningful progress.In the end, we were forced to implement our own solution by blocking all traffic from AWS IP ranges across our entire network. Unfortunately, the lack of timely and effective support from AWS prolonged our downtime and made the situation far worse than it needed to be.

Do NOT buy Google Nest thermostat! It is HORRIBLE! We have had nothing but problems with it, since we bought it not too long ago. Instead of sending a replacement, they want us to pay $300 for them to send us a replacement!! We refused to pay, so we are screwed! Do not buy.

i have had a TERRIBLE expiriance with lego, I bought a set for my niece for Christmas and when she opned it there were supposed to be 7 bags and I only ended up getting 3 and it camewith no instructions and I couldent take it back to the store because thre were no refunds at this place, I will NEVER be buying legos again.

I bought several product texture mappings on your site and some have Photoshop 3D auto mapping layers and some don’t, but they look IDENTICAL when browsing. There is no clear uniformed disclaimers stating if the file is just flat or 3D. If files contain only cropped shapes as photoshop layers, they are not useful to me as I will then have to warp each pattern/product that I don’t have the time for.It would be extremely helpful if the site had uniformed icons or filter indicating “3D layers” or not.

Ich reihe mich nicht in Gruppen spektraler Kritiker der Bundesregierung ein. Im Gegenteil ich bin als Bürger überwiegend zufrieden mit dem Verlauf dieser Legislaturperiode GEWESEN. Die Causa Dr. Wissing veranlaßt mich nun jedoch zu scharfer Kritik. Parteiflucht und Sesselkleben sind Tun und Malaise des Herrn Ministers. Kenne ich das nicht im ICD klassifizierte Leiden des Sesselhaftens durchaus vom Management von privaten Unternehmen, so ist bei einem Regierungswechsel die Parteiflucht zur Amtserhaltung inakzeptabel. Mit dem Zorn des Volkes klopfe und rufe ich: Raus da! Andere wollen auch mal!Hier auf Trustpilot Kritik an einem Minister zu finden, ist außergwöhnlich. Ich hoffe sehr, daß mein Beitrag die redaktionelle Prüfung besteht. Wir Bürger erleben beim täglichen Pendeln, beim Einkauf die vom Minister hinterlassene Misere im Verkehr. Ich bin nie ein Protestkundgebler gewesen. I had coupons emailed to me that didn't work. I reached out to customer service who tried to offer me different discounts but it was more than if I transferred my domain. I denied the offer and took the steps to transfer. Upon ending the conversation, the agent mistakenly charged my account for what they offered me anyway. I reached back out, they realized it was an accident and refunded me for part of what they charged. I had to reach back out again for the full refund. Once they initiated the full refund, they deleted the domain from my account! I had another month left on it before it expired! Because they did that, I was not able to transfer it. I reached back out, they added it back to my account until the expiration but on ICANN it showed it was renewed until 2030 and since it was recent, my transfer got denied. I reached back out, they assured me that it would be fine. Of course it wasn't and now my domain is expired. I reached back out to explain to them I wouldn't be in this situation if the first agent didn't mess up. They keep trying to charge me and won't do anything to help even though it was a mistake on their end and now I'm stuck having to pay them for another year renewal for something they did when I wanted to transfer out. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Literally so many other places that offer domains that won't do this to you.

Really poor service. When I signed up by referral I was given a bonus amount of points if I spend 3000. I got the bonus then another offer came up for an extra 20,000 points which I took up and got. The points have been on the account for 2 months now and have then been removed ‘due to an internal error’. Really poor being as they’d been on the account for 2 months. I would recommend being cautious when taking out a rewards account and keep and eye in the point balance

Bought a pair of headphones for my son and considered them good quality. Unfortunately after only 8 months the plug in the control box broke and the headphones could no longer be used.
Contacted Asus directly but they did not consider it a warranty issue because: "I was the only one in the Nordics who complained about this problem"!
Furthermore there was no possibility to buy a new control box even though that could have fixed the problem.
