Address was autocorrected when placing an order and I contacted Urban right away. Urban would not let me cancel or reroute. I called multiple times and even called the delivery carriers. The packages were delivered to the wrong address and Urban said I had to file a theft investigation with my local police department and dispute charges with my credit card company to get my money back. Urban would not help at all even though they knew the package was being delivered to the wrong address.

A company that cannot fulfill orders with honest communication

I made an order of five clothes, and spent almost $200, and the order was cancelled within an hour for no said reason. The problem is, I was charged immediately while the order cancellation email claims that I have not been charged. So, I resort to customer service, and I was told that the order was cancelled because "Unfortunately, your order was cancelled because we did not receive a response to our email asking you to verify your order."There was NO email about any verification for any order I had made. That was my first loss of trust. They suggested that I just made another order, but they did not give me my money back so I asked for it back. They told me to wait three days, which I did and I had not received my refund yet. I contact customer service again, and the story is completely different this time. They claim that they cancelled the order because they needed more information from me, so I asked for what information they needed - no answer. Now, customer service tells me to wait four more days for both a reason for cancellation from the financial team, and for the funds to be returned to my bank account. Another problem is, the first customer service agent suggested that I make another order, while the second one says I cannot make another order otherwise it will be immediately cancelled. Terrible online store that cannot take orders and fulfill them with proper communication to the customer itself. I expected more of a big company, and for a week I am short of my own money, and without clothes.UPDATE: One week without a refund, it has now passed the told 3 day waiting time for a refund and an additional 4 day waiting time for that refund and an explanation.

The Boss

Mindbody is maybe not the sexiest wellness management system but it is certainly the richest in terms of functionalities. Although you will have to spend some time to understand its logic, you will be surprised how surprisingly flexible it is in handling various types of business including the most complex ones. A special mention to customer support and reporting capabilities, without equivalent for me on this segment. Strong. Solid. Mature. In one word: the Boss.

I wish I had never bought anything from LG. The customer service is terrible.I bought a TV and wanted a 'magic remote' so I asked LG which one I should order, when it came, it was incompatible. The first I ordered from amazon from the LG shop. Over Two weeks later, still no refund. So I asked LG again which one I should order and was told to order another off of the LG.co.uk website. I did so and it was again the wrong remote. I tried to start a return the day or arrived and now over a week later they still haven't arranged the return. I've asked which remote I need and I get a different answer from each person I ask.I would never order another LG product after this.

Terrible customer support.

Asked them how to get into Hotel mode on my TV, they said ''contact the seller'' They are customer support for their own company. Why don't they just tell me? They should be experts on the subject.Also it took me over a month to get a mail response. It's actually terrible.

I love Fox News. Only one I trust at all. I want to know what’s going on with investigation of assassination attempt. I don’t even give a little crap about Democrats as their news portrays any thing at all. Why are you not talking about connections to this assassination Attempt. Want all information on this attempt. That’s all that matters. Get you reporters to do their job (the hard work). The only chance we have to know the TRUTH is by REPORTERS DOING THE HARD WORK (TRUTH). Do you have any of those???????Blackrock - Iran - ??? - We need to know. The more hours that go by Will lessen our chances of knowing the TRUTH.

All I wanted was a $3 paper towel holder…

All I wanted was a $3 paper towel holder and I was taken on a wild ride if free spins and bonus prizes and when I went to review the final cost it had already charged me $100. I immediately went for a refund and got $80. I had to navigate the site to find the live chat help line where I eventually got the rest of my money back and was told my order was split in two somehow. I have now deleted the app and will never use it again.
