I've built two squarespace sites in the last three months, both of which support my photography business. So far I'm impressed. It took a few hours to get used to the back end builder, but now that I'm used to it I find it easy and versatile. I didn't need to contact Support during the building phase but I did need help setting up my domain. Responses are quite slow (at least a day) which is why I've removed one star, but the replies are always helpful. The support pages on the SS website are excellent. If you have a large or complex business or store there may be better options out there, but I would be happy to recommend Squarespace as a good small business website solution.

Ein Mitarbeiter, scheinbar aus dem Sales, rief an, um nach meiner vergangenen Erfahrung mit deren Produkten zu fragen. Auf die Frage, ob er mir die Produkte nochmal erläutern soll, war meine Erwiederung nur, es gäbe derzeit keinen Bedarf. Das Gespräch war seinerseits direkt beendet, nachdem er sagte, er meldet sich in 4 Wochen noch einmal. Eine Stunde später erhalte ich per Mail eine Auftragsbestätigung über den angeblichen telefonischen Kauf eines Haufe-Produkts. "Kein Bedarf" als Auftragsbestätigung zu interpretieren ist auch mir noch nicht gelungen...Vorsicht vor Haufe-Anrufen!

I bought 4 tickets to see a movie for $51 for the next day. Apparently something went wrong on the website and accidentally bought for current day. Did not recognize the problem until after movie time had passed. Contacted customer support and got canned response about refund policy (no refunds after showtime). Filed complaint with BBB, same canned response about policy. BBB has them listed as a A+ rated business despite the 1 star average review on the BBB site. Google Reviews, Yelp, Trust Pilot also 1 star. I will never do business with them again and have requested they delete my data.If you use their website or app to make purchases, just know that they will gaslight you about their site/app only offering theater info, showtimes, and movie info. This is clearly untrue, because they also offer the ability to purchase tickets. This is where their business model falters. They take zero responsibility for errors, mistakes, and stand by their policy's of no refunds. You're better off buying tickets directly from the theatres where you are likely to get more goodwill should something unexpected happen. Fandango Media can't be expected to show any goodwill, Beverly Hills isn't cheap. Awful company. If you try to seek restitution, they will drone on about how "we just provide theater info, showtimes, and movie listings." They sell tickets from their site, but claim they only provide free information. Makes no sense. Whatever is going on, you sell something on your site/app and every theater says they can't help if you purchased through Fandango and Fandango says they can't help because "Primarily, Fandango is an independent company and does not receive any portion of theater ticket revenue." So basically, using their service is rolling the dice.

I've been with Duolingo now for over two years. At first I thought it was a great way to learn languages and it has certainly helped me with basic phrases and sentences. I feel like I could easily get by in the country I soon hope to visit. But now for the not-so-good. I feel like I am going two steps forward, three steps back. Every single time I get one little thing wrong (such as "a" instead of "en"), I get pushed back to the MOST basic phrases OVER and OVER. I've had these sentences at LEAST 50 times, "what do you think of this film?"...and...."These jackets are very beautiful"....and....."There are a lot of new dresses in the store"....and....."They are buying some tomatoes and eggs". This is not only a terrible way to move forward; it is so frustrating that it makes me want to quit every single day. I understand repetition. But this is not repetition when they "punish" you by having to go back to the sentences you already know, and those sentences are always THE SAME!!!! I don't know who constructs the lessons but they need to understand that this is NOT the way to do it. Give us more chances to correct what we are working on NOW. I enjoy Duolingo EXCEPT for this constant setback.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced by far. Only contactable by platforms and waiting over 2 days to try to communicate with a human being to query an email asking me to contact them. No replies other than AI on platforms who asks the same stupid questions over and over sending you in circles and leaving you climbing the wall. What happened to having actual people taking calls giving a customer someone to speak to. It’s a disgrace. What about those who don’t use platforms who prefer human contact and a person who can deal with something while you are on a call. Put your customers first Zara before you lose them. I give up trying to communicate with a machine that has the intelligence of a pea and apologise for insulting a pea that possibly has far more intellect than your AI system. AI does not work. Stop replacing people with machines to save money, you make enough out of your customers to provide them with a better level of service. I will never buy from you again or any business that puts saving money over their loyal customers. That’s another customer you have just lost. Rather spend my money with all saints who value their customers and actually speak to them.

I’ve shopped at Zara for years, but this recent experience left me incredibly disappointed and frustrated. I ordered a pair of pants in size Small — what I received was an Extra Large. The removable tag was labeled correctly, but the sewn-in tag clearly said XL. A clear mistake on Zara’s part.To make matters worse, they took over a week just to ship the order, which cut into the already limited return window. Zara’s return policy starts from the order date, not the delivery date — which is extremely misleading. I was just one day past the return deadline when I contacted them, but realistically, I should have had nearly a week left because of their own shipping delays.Despite this, Zara refused to accept the return, offer store credit, or make any kind of exception — even though the error was completely on their end. The item was unworn, and I reached out right away.The lack of accountability and rigid customer service is incredibly disappointing for a brand of this size. Zara has lost my trust — and likely my future business.

HP Customer Services, Simply the best as the song goes and the problem I had with my Envy Aspire 7900e series printer. After investigation of an issue I had with printing, sending me a replacement printer with what appeared to have the same printing issue, taking over my printer and computer it was found the issue was with a Microsoft programme and the issue I had was resolved. On top of this they gave me free ink supplies for a time as a valued customer. Their handling of the problem from start to finish was exemplary, professional, understanding, courteous, and so much more. Writing an HP customer review on their website was a pleasure to give. What an outstanding company. I could only click on a five star rating on their web site, but here's another five, HP you are without doubt as I said before. Simply The Best. Thank you.**********

I dont think that one more bad review will make a change as Vodafone obviously doesnt care about its customer satisfaction. I have been a Vodafone client for 3 years and its been the absolut worst experience with an Internet provider that i ever had. The costumer care on the telephone line are not to blame. When asked wether they use Vodafone as a private costumer the answer was always no. I guess that just sums up how bad the service really is. Kudos to vodafone for being that terrible. Moving Apartment meant getting an new Internet provider. Its good to see that other companies can successfully provide the service that they stand for.

January 4 2022 Nintendo support...I contacted Will (support technician) from Washington. This guy knows his stuff! He was soooo patient, so professional from beginning to the end. Went above and beyond to help me and advised me even on what SD card to buy, the one that's best compatible with my Nintendo switch. Honestly....give this guy a promotion

Someone called “Isha” is a really back-draw and disadvantage to the company; she lied saying the refund will be issued today or tomorrow but when I rang after three days then the other colleague said that this is not the statement or the case “we need further evidence” like why would you lie about it if u need further evidence. Waste my time.
