As a senior citizen and not able to get around much, my visit to a DSW store yesterday in Raleigh on Wake Forest Road could not have been more pleasant! I wish I could remember the name of the young woman who helped me… She was so very kind, offered advice, told me about personal experiences of people she knew, and helped me find a pair of shoes which has been almost impossible for me! My foot doctor had sent me To a new balance store and it was a big disappointment. I saw the DSW store nearby and thought I may as well check. As I said the young woman who helped me so much and even the gentleman at check out were so pleasant and kind and it is greatly appreciated and not found in most places today!

I had an issue that required me to call their customer service today. They answered immediately and all my problems were walked through and solved in a very reasonable time. Customer service is a big deal to me so being able to speak to a human to get results that quickly - Bonus!I reserved one star due to the annoying pop-ups!

Garbage company trying to rip off everyone who wants to use their products. I OWN adobe Acrobat Pro and have used my license for years. Now that it is end of life, they have deactivated it and I can no longer use it without upgrading. The only option for upgrading is to a subscription service at $20/month. Are you kidding me??? I don't use it enough to pay that kind of money for a basic application that I already own. I stopped using Photoshop, Illustrator and Premier years ago because they are a rip off. Now the final app I use from Adobe has been taken away. I'm done with Adobe and will watch anxiously over the coming years for their demise.

We bought a new MGZX Hybrid Trophy in a week thanks to an amazing young man Luke at Vertu Carlisle we knew what we wanted right down to the colour and were struggling elsewhere but Luke went above and beyond he found one and had it transported to Carlisle we cannot recommend Vertu at Carlisle enough all the customer service we received was impeccable

I had a really frustrating experience with Domain.com. They renewed my domain automatically and charged me $80 without any confirmation. I contacted their support team right after the renewal to request a refund, but they refused, saying it’s against their “non-refundable” policy.What really annoyed me was how inflexible they were. Even though I reached out immediately, they didn’t offer any solutions—no partial refund, no credits, nothing. The support team just kept repeating the same policy over and over like a script. It felt like they didn’t care about helping at all.If this is how they treat their customers, I don’t see the point of sticking with them. I wouldn’t recommend Domain.com to anyone. There are plenty of other companies out there that value their customers and are willing to work with them.Update: Honestly, their customer service is a joke. They rely so much on automated AI responses that you never feel like you’re talking to a real person. On Trustpilot, they leave generic comments like “We will contact you and help you,” but they never actually follow through. It’s all for show. Their website is clunky, and their support system doesn’t seem to care about solving real problems.

I had an issue with icann registration of my domain because the listed email company no longer exists. the rep at domain.com helped me perfectly in with a complex issue in less than ten minutes by chat and it was actually intellegent, fun and satisfying to solve the problem correctly.

Thank goodness for Amazon Logistics. Yes you might have the odd experience of a missed delivery but overall they are excellent and what and when you were promised does happen. Yet for all these brands who profess to manage their delivery (see recent reviews) they don't manage at all. And generally poor logistics goes hand in hand with poor customer service. So hats off to Amazon who make the art of managing logistics look easy.

As the title says, an appalling upgrade and support process.I 'upgraded' in January. My version told me as of May I needed to upgrade. When I tried, the website reported 'an error' and to contact support. They had me uninstall it, which lost all my settings, and there was no way to associate any further 'upgrade' with my Paypal pre-approved payment - that went through, even thought the upgrade failed. There was NO WAY I was going to try again with the obvious risk of yet another account that didn't deliver.Their support is utterly useless, and does not understand what they have been told. Paypal had clearly set up a pre-payments, but Adblock told me they 'had no record' of it.You do not want to be trusting your money to such shoddy systems.I cancelled my Paypal payments, and got a refund - though not of the January one.I've removed Adblock Plus after several years of using it, and now use uBlock Origin.This is utterly ridiculous. The company is not to be trusted.

Awful customer service! I received a few incorrect items in my order. After seeing this, I contacted customer service and was told to return them back for a refund. I did exactly that the same day and didn't receive a response for 2 weeks first. I reached out again and was told that this situation had to be transferred to the relevant department. I place this order on September 12 and it is now November 29 and I still have not received my refund. I spent over £300 on this order and they have just stolen it. Be careful when placing orders with this company as their customer service is awful!

THIS IS BEGAINING TO LOOK LIKE A SCAM OF CUSTOMERS FUNDS. SEC NEEDS TO GET INVOLVE AND START INVESTAGATING THIS COMPANY!
