I had a really frustrating experience with Domain.com. They renewed my domain automatically and charged me $80 without any confirmation. I contacted their support team right after the renewal to request a refund, but they refused, saying it’s against their “non-refundable” policy. What really annoyed me was how inflexible they were. Even though I reached out immediately, they didn’t offer any solutions—no partial refund, no credits, nothing. The support team just kept repeating the same policy over and over like a script. It felt like they didn’t care about helping at all.If this is how they treat their customers, I don’t see the point of sticking with them. I wouldn’t recommend Domain.com to anyone. There are plenty of other companies out there that value their customers and are willing to work with them.Update: Honestly, their customer service is a joke. They rely so much on automated AI responses that you never feel like you’re talking to a real person. On Trustpilot, they leave generic comments like “We will contact you and help you,” but they never actually follow through. It’s all for show. Their website is clunky, and their support system doesn’t seem to care about solving real problems.
