DREAMSTIME saved me, when I needed it the most. Lol! Coincidentally, this was the same day I was gonna let my subscription expire - due to cost vs. usage rate. DREAMSTIME is invaluable. My one criticism, I wish the user interface was friendlier, and easier to navigate.

I don't know about the other companies that KAYAK endorse. However, GOTOGATE.CO.UK which was the No.1 option for my flight, must be the worst online experience I have ever had. I feel completely conned, I paid more than double the price for my flight (for further information please see my other review). How can KAYAK keep allowing these cowboys to rip off honest individuals? Recently booked a car in the UK with them (was redirected to QEEQ, who ultimately the booking was with). The original booking I paid for included a car from Europcar, unlimited mileage and a different drop off to pick up location.When we arrived to collect the car it was an absolute conundrum. The agent at the desk ended up charging us DOUBLE what we had already paid in AUS. He also wanted to charge us an extra $400 for the different drop off, even though we had included this in the original booking, he said it wasn't!It was an appalling experience and I feel like we were completely ripped off.

I'm not even able to make an account. I've tried to make an account for an hour now, but it says I'm not human? Who the hell thought it would be a great idea to make us match a number by finding the right amount of dice? One singular task takes so goddamn long, and they want us to do 15 of them?? Make ONE mistake and you need to spend 15 more minutes, AND even when i do it correctly, it just says that I'm not human.

I have hotmail.com email addresses and because of this, I get American and Canadian SPAM. Microsoft has also removed spam filters so I get a lot more of it. When I have the courage I will transfer my calendar items from these accounts and also use local accounts on my computers. This will mean I do not have to access Hotmail at all. R.I.P.

MasterCard is one of the worst card service providers. I have a Citibank UAE Master credit card. A fraudulent transaction occurred, and we informed the bank. The bank is saying that MasterCard will decide and take action. They are one of the nonsensical providers.
