I bought this Playground Sessions Virtual Piano Lessons Lifetime Membership last week, and it worked perfectly. The code arrived about 10 minutes after I made the purchase and I put it into the program I had installed on Windows and it worked and activated my lifetime membership on all the devices I had the app installed on. I am very happy with the purchase and recommend it.

The customer service department (if you could even call it that) is atrocious! Rude, unprofessional and grossly incompetent!It’s a real shame because I genuinely enjoyed my game but haven’t been able to play for over a month due to the clumsy amateur members of the EA “team”.If you have an issue with your game prepare to be ignored, they will not fix the issue nor contact you! Ignore messages, emails and phone calls!

I was hacked on fifa, somehow the person who hacked me used bots to buy and sell my sellable players, as fifa could see I didn’t benefit from this at all, all my consumables (contracts position modifiers etc) GONE, and to make it worse they’re treating me like I’m the one who committed the crime when I explained to them time and time again that it wasn’t me, and EA if you have a problem with this fix the problem I asked you to fix a whole month ago instead of banning me from using certain things. Absolutely love the website! chess.com has provided so many lessons and puzzles that I improved drastically from 800 to 1200 in blitz and improved from 1300 to 1600 in bullet in just a month! it also helped me make close friends and helped me create a club of my dream. it also helped me write blogs and give instructive chess lessons to other players in chess.com. For many years I enjoyed the possibility to create free 30 s-videos, but find them more and more in bad resolution. I don't want to upgrade, because I don't use it for business. For my part I provide all my pictures and articles in my blogs and social media pages for free, I don't earn any money with it. But videos in such bad quality aren't also a good promotion for Animoto! What is more, I would be glad to find more classical pieces in the music library. I ordered a vacuum to be picked up at the store. Instead I received a notice that it is being shipped to my home address 2,000 miles away. Got in touch w CS. They said they couldn't help me, that I would have to return the item to my local store (1.5 hour round trip). Cancelling the order, will refuse delivery from Fed Ex and am instituting a chargeback w my credit card. Awful. Avoid.

Best Buy does over promise and underdeliver. They try to evade their responsibilities and when not blaming "the system" , they try to blame their carriers. Bottom line , they expect you to put up /solve their supply chain problems and/or their procedure's gaps. But of course , refuse to refund extra charges for fast delivery that never actually happen. What a bad business practice; strongly recommend to stay away from "Best" Buy.

Disappointed with Samsung’s Quality and Warranty SupportI purchased a Samsung premium side-by-side refrigerator less than two years ago, expecting high quality and durability from a brand like Samsung. Unfortunately, the handle has already broken, which is extremely disappointing for a product in this price range.Even more frustrating is that Samsung refuses to honor the 24-month warranty they clearly promised. Instead of standing by their product, they are brushing off the issue and leaving me with a broken fridge handle in what should still be a covered period.This experience has made me question Samsung’s commitment to quality and customer service. I will be much more cautious before choosing a Samsung product again.
