Best Buy does over promise and…

Best Buy does over promise and underdeliver. They try to evade their responsibilities and when not blaming "the system" , they try to blame their carriers. Bottom line , they expect you to put up /solve their supply chain problems and/or their procedure's gaps. But of course , refuse to refund extra charges for fast delivery that never actually happen. What a bad business practice; strongly recommend to stay away from "Best" Buy.
