I ordered a vacuum to be picked up at the store. Instead I received a notice that it is being shipped to my home address 2,000 miles away. Got in touch w CS. They said they couldn't help me, that I would have to return the item to my local store (1.5 hour round trip). Cancelling the order, will refuse delivery from Fed Ex and am instituting a chargeback w my credit card. Awful. Avoid.
