Disappointed with Samsung’s Quality and Warranty SupportI purchased a Samsung premium side-by-side refrigerator less than two years ago, expecting high quality and durability from a brand like Samsung. Unfortunately, the handle has already broken, which is extremely disappointing for a product in this price range.Even more frustrating is that Samsung refuses to honor the 24-month warranty they clearly promised. Instead of standing by their product, they are brushing off the issue and leaving me with a broken fridge handle in what should still be a covered period.This experience has made me question Samsung’s commitment to quality and customer service. I will be much more cautious before choosing a Samsung product again. If you're considering one, think twice about their warranty policies and long-term reliability.I have had 10 phone calls on this matter, problem not solved in 6 weeks time. Customer in Sweden -
