Refund instaed of replacement

The folks I talked to were all very pleasant, but sadly not well trained. I wanted a replacement, got a refund!! Original purchase included a sleep cover. If the rep intended to give me a refund, a logical question should have been, do you want a refund on the cover also? This caused twice the effort and time on Rakuten and for myself. Poorly run process.

Failed Express Delivery to UK and lazy customer service.

I have had the exact same experience as a previous review by Simon Harman. I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a new camera on Monday and paid for next day express delivery as I am leaving for a trip on Friday. I received an email from UPS on Tuesday morning to say a missing commercial invoice is causing it to be held at crustoms. After a few hours of waiting, I finally managed to get in contact with a customer service agent who assured me the order team was looking into it and would have it resolved by end of day. I checked on Wednesday morning and it is still stuck in customs with no change. I spent another couple of hours trying to get in contact with someone again and tell them to either clear it through customs today or refund my money as I need it by Thursday at the latest.I was told they would contact me before end of business day with an update. It is now well past end of business hours without any update or confirmation. UPS still has a missing invoice notification and they have updated the estimated earliest delivery time to Friday morning (assuming the invoice is received) by which time I will already be on a flight and no one will be able to accept any delivery for the next week. The camera was bought for this trip. GoPro are unable to deliver on the service offered. Customer service is lazy and unhelpful making promises they are unable to keep.For anyone in the UK, I urge you to reconsider purchasing from Gopro. And definitely do not waste money on paying for express delivery.

Clover Seems like a trust worthy company but in fact that are not!! They use some shady 3rd party leasing company that completly rips you off, is impossible to get a hold of and wont let you return equipment. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY !!!!

I wish i could give negative stars!!! This company is such a joke. If something is wrong with hour account customer service cannot help you and the "SECURITY/RISK department take 24-48 hours to call or email you back. So if you have an issue charging someone, good luck because you wont be able to charge anyone until the useless security team unlocks your account. They expect people to do business like this??? What a joke. I would not Clover even if it was FREE! Save your time and go to square!!

I had stuff in my vBasket totalling £21 they took £61 out of my bank when I got in touch they said my order has been sent out even though the order was paid on a Friday night 12ish I contacted them Saturday teatime they had various people supposedly sorting it out but they where adamant the order had been sent my account went into overdraft which I told them but they just are not bothered about customer service just customers money I willl not use them again I’m now £61 out of pocket plus my overdraft

Microsoft Deleted All My Pre 2005 Emails

I've just spent the last few weeks dealing with the circus that is Microsoft tech support. Whilst trying to find an email address I noticed that all my emails (both sent and received) from before 2005 have disappeared my Outlook.Live account. In total I now only have 5GB of emails, the previous 15 + years would probably only have been another 8GB... wel within the storage limits. I use the account on a daily basis and have done since opeing the account in the late 90'sAfter going round in circles with Microsoft Support, Microsoft Community (which is forum run by people with no technical expertise) it's become apparent that the crossover from Hotmail.com to Outlook.live was not seemless and that data may have gone missing during the crossover.. Microsoft will not acknowledge this or accept the blame for it as the repurcssions that they screwed up would be extremely detrimental to their image.In short, I've lost 15+ years worth of emails from friends and family, a few that have since passed away. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend using Outlook.live for anything other than receiving junkmail. It's not a platform which is reliable enough to use for sending or receiving any important data.

We used to love Chipotle but have had smaller portions, lower quality food and LONG wait times (without apology or explanation from staff) for pick up orders (waited almost 45 minutes after scheduled pick up time today and almost 25 minutes last time) at the location on Beechmont in Cincinnati.

There is a high number of dropped or distorted calls. We have all new and high powered systems at home including a new computer yet it drops and muddles calls. We are using the free app for just one to one meetings.

VERY DISHONEST COMPANY!

I just opened this account with WF and have been lied to back and forth. When I called to discuss a payment that was pulled by another business that was an error, WF advised they WOULD NOT return my car payment because the other business called and said it was their mistake and they were putting the money back on my account along with the fees. Well, I get this email the next day saying my car payment was returned. I had the reps name who I spoke to but found out from the claims department, they have no way of knowing who I spoke to. THEY DO NOT RECORD THEIR CALLS!!! Hmmm, this is what they say when I call them!! Also, their services are not good. To get overdraft protection, you have to have a checking, savings AND you MUST have a credit card through them!! I don't need nor do I want a credit card. My opinion, they want those overdraft fees they charge! Go figure. I notice when I go into the bank, they cater to foreigners and I've heard them get very irate with these customers because they can't understand them and possibly getting over these people!! SMH! Please be careful with WF, they are a very dishonest company!!

What happened to good service?

I've been banking with Wells Fargo since the Wachovia merger. Was with Wachovia for years also. It's very sad to see the bank deteriorate. They closed the branch by my house on south monroe st. (Tallahassee FL), closed the atm at the Gate gas station on capital circle and Blairstone. Now the only locations on the Southside is an atm on FAMU campus and an atm at the piggly wiggly plaza that always has homeless people next to it. They really weren't thinking of the customers when they made these decisions. This will most likely be my last year banking with these guys
