The customer service department (if you could even call it that) is atrocious! Rude, unprofessional and grossly incompetent!It’s a real shame because I genuinely enjoyed my game but haven’t been able to play for over a month due to the clumsy amateur members of the EA “team”.If you have an issue with your game prepare to be ignored, they will not fix the issue nor contact you! Ignore messages, emails and phone calls!
