Driver tried to deliver wrong order.Told him it was the wrong order, he said he would take it back and sort it. Called McDonald's it was ordered from, was told to contact uber for a refund. They're now arguing for photos, and asking for a picture of the receipt when the driver took the order back and I have no pictures. They can see the order on their system, yet need a receipt? Utterly ridiculous. I use this service more than I should, I won't be using it anymore. It's not hard to issue a refund for an order that wasn't received!

The prices on ThriftBooks are always great, the condition of books has been wonderful. I have enjoyed purchasing books from my TBR list and stocking my library with this website. I also feel there are great rewards in the program!

Absolutely ridiculous when you pay off your credit card balance and the payment says posted by your bank, but capital one doesn't give you access to your credit limit for an additional 5 days. Don't get a capital one credit card. Way better cards out there.

I made an appt to full highlight, cut and blowout my hair! After 5.5hrs I don’t have highlights, half my hair is one color other bottom half another! Now I take a deeper look, I have pics, and bottom part y pink and bleached orange parts. Terrible!!!

On 12/7/2024, my Instagram account @k.e.l.l.e.y.m was disabled with no warning and no cause. I have never had an issue with this account in the 13 years I've had it. There is no where to go for assistance, no way to appeal, no email address, no help or support at all. I would like to have my account reinstated, or would like a way to appeal the decision.
