DPD screwed up delivery of my Lego order and insisted I contact Lego about it, despite it being DPD's mistake. I used the web chat on the Lego website and almost immediately got through to a human operator (Madison - thank you!) who was really friendly, helpful and understanding, looked into what happened and quickly arranged to send out a replacement order.I was fully expecting to spend days sorting DPD's mess out, so thanks Lego for being so awesome!
