Review of temu
I am so tired of ordering stuff with delivery at my private address and Temu keeps sending it to different pick-up places around town! Some of your costumes actually need it to be delivered at home for different reasons!Definitely not satisfied when I am expecting home delivery and you keep failing over and over again.Dont write on your page that it is possible when you ignore how we actually want it delivered.
Review of scribd
I have enjoyed listening to audiobooks on scribed that are not available at my library, or that would take up a credit on Audible. However, my main complaint is that when I open the app, I have to try and find the book I was just listening to. Sometimes it's nowhere to be found. Also, it is not unlimited as it describes when you join. I would not be surprised if there were a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against this false advertising. There are only so many audio books you can listen to in a month. The other thing is, it stops to buffer frequently enough so that it becomes a nuisance.Does anyone have their phone number?

Review of redbubble
I signed up for Redbubble to sell my original photography, only to have my account immediately suspended without reason. The email claimed violations that are completely false—I hadn't even had the chance to use my account! I reached out to support, only to receive a vague, automated response with no real explanation. If Redbubble randomly suspends new sellers without cause, how can artists trust them with their work? Their lack of transparency and support is unacceptable. If this is resolved, I’ll update my review—but right now, I strongly caution other creators against using this platform.
Review of klaviyo
Sign up form was not showing up for 5 days. Contacted support to see what was up.After 30 minutes of queuing, I find out it is a known bug.So instead of actively contacting their customers about an issue. They choose to be silent and make me waste 30 minutes + a lot in lost revenue.Klaviyo, you need to step up your communication and own up to mistakes.

I have been an customer for 7 years, part of this unknowingly because they set your account to auto renew. When I contacted them about me paying a lot more than first time customers they apologized and stated they want to do something about it. When I ask them to actually do something about it they over me a deal that is more expensive than some other deal I find online for the same product, and when I ask for a better solution they suddenly change direction and start blaming me for being a loyal customer that does not actively disable renewal and spends hours hunting deals every year. Seeing as they did not make this right I decided not to spent any more money on a company with this crappy a business practice and with such crappy customer service.
Review of wellsfargo
I can't stand their verification process. Recently, a woman asked me to say my whole card number out loud. They've never asked me that one before and I feel that creates more of a security risk than simply asking for other forms of verification because I have to say my card number out loud along with the expiration date and number on back. Then she rudely and abruptly hung up without a proper goodbye which many of them do. One bullied me into suspending my card to receive a new one because I wasn't completely sure if the purchase she asked me to verify was valid. The customer service is really awful and I'm so sick of it, I'm considering switching to another bank. Tired of the BS.

Review of macys
Macy's has this Star Reward Program where, for every $1 in purchased merchandise you get a point. At 1,000 points your get a $10 gift card - that's a reward of 1% of your purchases. When merchandise is returned, if you don't have any "loyalty points" they reduce the credit amount due you.For example: I purchased 2 dresses for $71.01 each - a total of $142.02 plus taxes. My Macy's credit card was charged $149.18, which is the correct amount. When I returned the 2 dresses, Macy's reduced the amount of the credit due me by $19.07 for "Loyalty Rewards Returns". This is nearly 15% of the cost of the merchandise. Where the F* do they get off stealing $19.07 from me? If they want to "take away" the points I earned fine, leave me in anegative" point status - I don't really care, but don't steal money from me especially when points/gift cards/Loyalty rewards were not used in the purchase of this merchandise. This has happened to me at least 5 times to the tune of $70. The merchandise I returned did not total $700 - which would be 1% the "reward" they give. Customer service is useless - they are a bunch of pre-programmed nitwits who refer to "automatic" responses instead of resolving the problem.I can not believe that the VP of Customer Service, the CFO and the CEO allow this to occur. Any one with money intelligence knows that this does not equate to a 1% "star reward". Apparently they are not qualified to do their jobs or they only care about their wallets or they believe customer service is optional.

Mr. Appliance came through for me once again. My oven- stovetop needed a new thermostat and no longer functioned. Devin, an appliance repair professional, found the required part and went over and above to acquire it and fix my stove. This business and the competent professionals associated with it care about getting it right for their customers.

very long delays in shipping. not sure where the fault lies, but it's been ten days already, my order has not been delivered, there is no way to contact the shipping company, and in all honesty, I have no updates on why this process is taking so long
Review of X (Twitter)
Twitter was in such a good position before Elon Musk took over, adding whatever features for no reason. Fleets, Cotweets, whatever.Ever since Elon took over, the platform lost what made Twitter unique. Elon is clearly trying to compete with everything, throwing darts at the wall, hoping one will even hit the board. Twitter does not need an AI chatbot, hiring features, or banking features. The experience of using the app has gone down the drain, too. I turned off updates right before the rebrand to x.com, and I'm glad I did, because every week I see people talking about some dumb new UI change. Why is the navbar slightly transparent? Why is there a bookmark and view button on every Tweet? Who asked for any of this? Twitter is no longer a microblogging service either. Elon is trying to turn it into a news service, referring to actual news sites as "Legacy Media". Who asked for 10,000 character Tweets and inline-with-text images? I already have Tumblr for that. But by far the worst thing is verification, and the "attempts" to try and prevent spam. To his credit, DM spam has stopped, but now you can't hold conversation in DM without paying. Also, notice how I only said DM spam, because everytime I open my notifications, I see 3 crypto scams I'm being mentioned in.Content is just less interesting as before too. Now that people are paid for Tweeting, there's an incentive to try and Tweet as much as you can and get everywhere you can. And because verified users are at the top of every reply section, all you see on popular Tweets are "lol", "😂😂", and advertisements for OnlyFans. A lot of the content you see on the site is becoming blatantly AI generated. Search "as an AI language model" and switch to recent Tweets, and just take a look at it for yourself. The thing that hit me the most, however, was making the API paid. It was so cool, there were so many applications that could do cool things with Twitter data. But now, all of that is gone. I miss the fun bots, the quirky experimental apps, the tools. Almost none of that remains.I used to like Twitter, and I still do, but I'm tired of being apart of some rich person's mental breakdown.

Wish 0 was an option. You cant even open Facebook anymore without imidiatly being met by fake ads, fake news, fake profils, animal abuse videos, scam porn ads/ videos/ profils. A lot of Facebook groups are not functional due to the heavy load of fake profiles and ads and so on. It's disgusting. I have stopped using Facebook. Date for experience? Well every single day.
