Sign up form was not showing up for 5 days. Contacted support to see what was up.After 30 minutes of queuing, I find out it is a known bug.So instead of actively contacting their customers about an issue. They choose to be silent and make me waste 30 minutes + a lot in lost revenue.Klaviyo, you need to step up your communication and own up to mistakes.
