The last 2 bookings I had have been a disaster. Both bookings were cancelled shortly before travel after they had been booked many months and confirmed. One of the bookings even advertised again for the same dates at an increased rate after cancelling me.The company had both full payments for months in their accounts earning interest, while I lost money through currency exchange rates when they were recredited to my credit card.Customer Services were of no help

Tried to set up an account.Forget it, the process is so painfull, it will never work.Support is inexistent.And an upgrade for at least 20$ is mandatory.They are to stupid to create a smooth onboarding and set up process.A lot of information ist not given. If an error occurs, you are invited to create a ticket. If you do so, you are rejeceted, because you do not have a paid plan. Whaaart, I just upgraded for 20$

I booked a 7 night cruise for July of this year. We canceled due to Covid 19. Upon cancellation we were given the option of a 100% refund or 125% future cruise credit. We chose the cruise credit. It was to be our first cruise on Royal Caribbean, as we usually go with Carnival. About 3 weeks ago, we received our port fees and gratuities refunded. Still no future cruise credit. When I call it is always a different outcome. Including an enormous wait...sometimes as long as 3 hours or more. It has been approximately 6 weeks since we have canceled with no end to this nightmare. Here’s examples of what answers I have been given:1. Date of cancellation (7 days and I will receive an email with credit).2. 30 days3. Let me get my supervisor. I see no credit on your account. Then hung up on.4. Should be this week.5. Transfer to supervisor. Supervisor said she will have to talk to the department that issues refunds. When I ask for the number or to be transferred. I was told they aren’t accepting calls. Ridiculous customer service. This will definitely be a one and done with this cruise line.

Very good

Very good. When I compare it with competition I am getting good rates for orders beyond a certain limit.But there is a lack of transparency of exact status of order is placed during weekends. I’ve seen a competing transfer service who executes orders within minutes even during weekends. In case of XE it airways as if money is still in transit.If it is not possible to complete transfer due to weekends or holidays it should get highlighted in the transfer status. This could reduce user’s apprehension that something has gone wrong with the transfer. A quick visit to FAQs is needed, at the moment, to get this clarity.

HIDDEN FEES: avoid purchasing from this company

Avoid purchasing from this company via their online platform.Upon receiving the merchandise, I discovered that the price tags indicated significantly lower prices than what I had paid online. The VS support team stated that this was because of taxes and duties built into the online price for Canadian customers. However, the invoice clearly showed taxes as a separate charge, contradicting their explanation.The customer support team also stated that customers are made aware of duties in the check out process online. However, during a test checkout process, I found no indication of additional costs or how they are calculated and passed on to the customer. This experience was marked by hidden fees and a support team lacking both knowledge and empathy.

Disliked the way the pre-check process…

Disliked the way the pre-check process and staff. After checking my small diaper bag 3 times, they put on the wristband on the bag, one staff member told us oh the bag is too big. I informed her 3 times that it was checked and had the good to go sticker, so she reached to my bag and ripped off the green band so we don’t go through security, then quickly her lead came and started arguing with is without even listening to what happened. We asked for her supervisor to talk to, she answered that she is it and she’s making a decision by revoking our tickets and not allowing us in! When we started arguing with her she called support, actually security people, who were truly very supportive. Listened and took us to another entrance and ensured that we got in. They apologized for that behavior and wished us a good time. That was my son’s first live experience and was very excited but the pre-check staff made it the worst! He was scared and cried when he heard that we won’t be allowed in! It was unforgettable but in a bad way!

do not use them they scam will steal your money and will destroy your business /..... they are modern thief and they dont have proper customer care or customer services they couldnt solve their problem so they inactivate my account . took my money gave 120 days then 75 days time period then say i will they didnt find any offence regarding my customer payment after consulting bank after 75 days then they say they will give payouts of my 1.5 dollar then where is my rest of the money for better understandings everyone i am copy pasting their last email..... "The customer’s bank reviewed the chargeback response and has sided with you. The chargeback totaling €114.90 EUR + $15.00 USD was resolved partially in your favor. You will receive $1.69 USD in your next payout." I SHIPPED THE ORDER SUCCESSFULLY AND CUSTOMER PAID EVERYTHING ON TIME BUT SHOPIFY MARKED IT FRADULAENT PAYMENT AND INACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT AND NOW THIS THEY ARE MODERN THIEF......DO NOT USE THEM .....THEY EVEN DONT DESERVE 1 STAR

My husband and I have been an IHG…

My husband and I have been an IHG member since 2015. We have accumulated over 200,000 points and now they don't know want us to use them. When making reservations they want us to book a room using only 4000 of our points and pay $159.00 for the room. When I tell the customer rep that I want use my points, they suddenly don't have a room. They have the rooms when they want you to pay but not when you want to use the points that are yours. Biggest RIP off. The customer service is the worse ever. Needs a complete company over haul. Looking another rewards company.

Beyond awful! I can't believe any company operates like this!

Do NOT buy a GoPro if you are in the UK - their support is shocking (Google it on their support forums). I purchased an item, they charged me the wrong amount, would not correct the price OR cancel the order (despite contacting them 2 days before they actually shipped the item). They stated I had to wait for the item to ship and then return it. Now they are refusing to refund me the tax, so I am £82.08 out of pocket. Apparently this is company policy. I am taking legal advice, but save yourself the hassle...

I've been using edX since two years ago, and I would be glad to recommend this to anyone wanting to have a refresher or an introduction to another field or skill. It's really helpful since one can access all learning content plus the weekly assessments without having to pay anything.

All data erased on end of free trial while ongoing support query

I was on a free trial, spent a long time adding my data. I was prompted to reconcile items that had already been done. These were then duplicated so I contacted support, they wanted to arrange a call. By the time the call happened, just to tell me that I couldn't automatically delete these duplicate entries my free trial expired and all my data was deleted. Huge waste of time. I'm with a competitor now which is better.

The worst online retailer I've ever dealt with

If I could leave minus stars, I would. Dreadful experience. 3 weeks on and I'm still battling to receive items that I've been charged for. Their customer service dept is shocking and they have no idea what is going on. Ive emailed them endlessly knowing full well that the items haven't even left their distribution center. Their response to me every time is the same and it's obvious they are out of their depth and have absolutely no idea. Ive never experienced such a frustrating, time consuming and thoroughly disorganised online retailer before. I will never ever buy from them again which is a shame really as their knitwear and heat tech stuff is actually quite good. I'm approaching a month on now and it's not worth the hassle of dealing with them. Never again.
