My husband and I have been an IHG member since 2015. We have accumulated over 200,000 points and now they don't know want us to use them. When making reservations they want us to book a room using only 4000 of our points and pay $159.00 for the room. When I tell the customer rep that I want use my points, they suddenly don't have a room. They have the rooms when they want you to pay but not when you want to use the points that are yours. Biggest RIP off. The customer service is the worse ever. Needs a complete company over haul. Looking another rewards company.
