When You Have A Problem With A Vendor, They Offer No Protection They Will Side With The Vendor Or The Merchant, They Do Not Stand Up For The Card Holder. In Todays High Tech World You Can't Even Get Help From Them By Email, They Don't Offer It. Good Luck With The Phone Call.

Telstra is one of the worst companies that I have even used. You get advice from the shops and when you go to use that advice Telstra online has no idea about it they told me my phone was not connected when I knew for a fact it was. The online help is absolutely useless you’re better off talking to a duck

I went into the Narellan Telstra shop today to sort out a prepaid account issue.After a short wait i was approached by consultant Corry B who, from the get go was courteous professional and super helpful.I was given great advice and options for prepaid services and devices, needless to say i walked out there very grateful and appreciative of the great customer service provided by Corry.I wish him all the best for the future at TelstraThanksFareeda

Unfortunately, in doing so, they created the worst bot of them all... and all the other bots are still there too; just look for the supermodel with the "🔞" emoji in her name, discussing competitive Yu-Gi-Oh strategies. Or that one where there's 10+ bots all chatting about investment opportunities with each other. Or even just turn off your ad-blocker and see what kind of adverts you get. Or even just watch some videos, the bots are making content too.
