The worst online retailer I've ever dealt with

If I could leave minus stars, I would. Dreadful experience. 3 weeks on and I'm still battling to receive items that I've been charged for. Their customer service dept is shocking and they have no idea what is going on. Ive emailed them endlessly knowing full well that the items haven't even left their distribution center. Their response to me every time is the same and it's obvious they are out of their depth and have absolutely no idea. Ive never experienced such a frustrating, time consuming and thoroughly disorganised online retailer before. I will never ever buy from them again which is a shame really as their knitwear and heat tech stuff is actually quite good. I'm approaching a month on now and it's not worth the hassle of dealing with them. Never again.
