Horrible

I booked a 7 night cruise for July of this year. We canceled due to Covid 19. Upon cancellation we were given the option of a 100% refund or 125% future cruise credit. We chose the cruise credit. It was to be our first cruise on Royal Caribbean, as we usually go with Carnival. About 3 weeks ago, we received our port fees and gratuities refunded. Still no future cruise credit. When I call it is always a different outcome. Including an enormous wait...sometimes as long as 3 hours or more. It has been approximately 6 weeks since we have canceled with no end to this nightmare. Here’s examples of what answers I have been given:1. Date of cancellation (7 days and I will receive an email with credit).2. 30 days3. Let me get my supervisor. I see no credit on your account. Then hung up on.4. Should be this week.5. Transfer to supervisor. Supervisor said she will have to talk to the department that issues refunds. When I ask for the number or to be transferred. I was told they aren’t accepting calls. Ridiculous customer service. This will definitely be a one and done with this cruise line.
