What a joke, this company provides no services, constantly calls you to get you to try out their ads or other paid services because "your competitors are getting all of the traffic and you are missing out on all the traffic they can send your way." They alter your page information, misclassify you and in the end they will not provide service or remove you from their fraudulent platform. DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THEIR LIES!

Like others, ordered a phone from their UK website, promised a 5 day delivery time from warehouse in France, phone still in transit 15 days later.Customer services very polite but of no use. Requested a refund but asked to send a photo of my driving license (why? That opens me up for identity theft with my name, address, date of birth), a written statement with signature (you've not delivered the phone, the tracking link you supplied clearly shows it is still with your courier, Colissimo, in France). And then the most pointless of all they want a PDF of the Met Police website help information, not even a crime reference number, not that there has been a crime that the police would get involved.Claiming back through my credit card company now as failed to deliver item and will not provide a refund.I would advise NOT ordering off their Mi.com website.

Just don't order from them.Called for an ETA - I was told its up to 17(!!!!!) WORKING days.Customer service agent was not able to cancel order for me,he was also unable to connect me to TM, waiting for call back time - up to 48hrs.Decided to cancel my order.And guess what? ETA for refund is.. . Up to 10 WORKING DAYS, so I can't even order phone from different place, and I need phone Now not in next month... It's a joke not a company. Maybe they make good phones, but just don't order from them.

Reached out for help on something and got a reply within a few hours. The response was easy to understand and I was able to solve my issue right away. Aside from that, been using the site to store my stuff for a long time and it's very easy to use, comes in handy when I need it too. Love MEGA!

DoorDash has the worst customer service! And even supervisors speak very limited English. They have delivered my orders to the wrong address. Have actually not delivered my food after picking it up from the restaurant, when I had already paid ! Don’t be surprised if this company goes under very soon.

Comme nombre de clients abusés, je n'ai évidemment pas reçu le Cookeo Moulinex promis. TempsL cite des dispositions particulières mais que je ne retrouve sur aucun de leurs documents. J'ai signalé cette arnaque à la DGCCRF du Nord et il y a donc une procédure en cours. D'autre part j'ai renvoyé le 20 décembre 2018 les objets de la commande que j'avais effectuée et je n'ai reçu à ce jour aucun remboursement sur ce renvoi. La loi prévoit un remboursement dans les 15 jours. Là aussi je fais un signalement aux organismes concernés.

Very upset. What I ordered online was not received, but I paid back in advance, then nightmare started! I requested refund and was told the refund would be shopping credit in Macy's card, but after months still nothing there. Macy's said they issued me a refund cheque instead months ago and it's already encashed. But I never requested and never received any cheque, not even say I encashed it! A Manager got my complaint call, refunded me by ACH. HOWEVER, same amount shown on my Macy's credit card again as my debt! From Apr to now, I called 13 times to Macy's to complain on it, and nothing really resolved, and they even charged me penalties for NOT-MY-RESPONSIBILITY debt as LATE FEE and INTEREST FEE. I rated 1 here as no 0 as option!!!

I bought a 1700 dollar game machine from Dell that doesn't play games....I hope the crooks go to jail!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Do not buy a gaming computer from Dell if you actually intend to end up with a real matter of fact gaming machine. They lie to you and sell you garbage.
