Shocking. No way of contacting support apart from forum. Son has lost £40 on a game that doesn't play properly and kept running so that he went over the stipulated 2 hours return period.

No EA humans exist

I mistakenly set up auto pay a few years ago. I failed to change my email address and can't change it or log in without the stupid code they supposedly email to you. I tried to stop it in my paypal account and am told I need to contact customer support - well that's a joke - those emails are never delivered - EA's server refuses the connection. So I'm out the money and can't log in. I agree - EA deserves 0 or fewer stars!

Regarding the Assembly

Regarding the Assembly, Michael Sheen.Approximately 19 minutes 52 seconds into this program,He made comments about the Royal Family, and he had a problem with people who have an amount of wealth!! . Once again probably the general public would make him a martyr because he has become a charitable person and donates a lot of money to charity, and of course fair play to him.He is now full on with his commitment to being a spokesman and feels he can make opinions on how others have so much wealth!!!! But I don’t know I’m just going on what I have researched on social media,If you Michael Sheen are so concerned about people who have wealth? How much is to much ? Because I would hazard a guess that you are still a multimillionaire.So you have no right to make any judgement on who is wealthy or not and you might sympathise with the homeless or poor and financially ruined and be in the public eye to reassure them but please let me ask you 1 question please?When was the last time that you had £3 and had to wait 7 days till you got any money, to actually feed your children or laid in bed contemplating suicide because you felt so much like a complete failure . I reassure you that I’m not needing any mental health referral and I am definitely of sound mind.I was just giving an example?I am so truly amazed how people ,and please don’t get me wrong.I mean people in a wide range can be so convincingly concerned about others who are struggling on a daily basis, and be so vocal but let’s be honest it changes nothing.I laugh when I see daily television hosts with that concerned look on there faces nodding and sympathising with the people us real people real families struggling.and nodding in agreement with the daily struggles we all have and increasingly raising costs to survive, and I look at the watches they have on there Wrists,the clothes they wear and laugh to myself daily why won’t people wake up and realise??? The old saying look after number 1 lol Many thanks It is what it is x

AT&T reward card issue

I was given AT & T reward card with a value of $ 100.00Apparently there was some renovation going in house, entire floor remodeling including kitchen remodeling and we by mistake lost/ misplaced our reward card. The reward card was dated with expiration date of 4/24. We found that lost/misplaced card upon completion of remodeling, but it was too late since card was expired. I called reward card service and they mentioned may be AT & T customer service can help since card was issued with promotional services. Called customer service and based on talk with them, they refer back to card services. If both divisions belongs to AT & T one of them should able to resolve the matter with some kind of compensation/ replacement of card. But my all effort gone in vain. Not only that customer service even mentioned that we can reduced your phone bill by reducing your speed and that way you can save $ 10.00 per month in bill and recover your loss in next 10 month or so. I don’t understand that approach at all. At least they could have offered other way by mentioning that ok let’s reduce your bill or give you break in different way to compensate.In my case basically it’s a total loss for me.I learned my lesson. I will wait and see what other companies will offer after such experience.

Delivery is becoming unreliable…

So my friend has a birthday on the Thursday I order a gift card to arrive on the Thursday. Thursday it's out for delivery, sadly at 17.05 I get an email saying it was out for delivery but it's not going to be delivered now until Saturday, a two day delay. My friend is actually going on holiday on Saturday it's the reason I sent an amazon gift card as its usually fairly reliable it will get there on the day it's ordered for. In fact in the past I've not been able to alter the delivery day for items. So I went in to attempt to alter the delivery day assuming it would have to be after her holiday. Nope it let me reorganise the delivery to Friday (the day after it should have been delivered instead of waiting two days after her birthday) so why didn't they do that in the first place. This is my second failed delivery from amazon in 4 weeks hope it's not a sign of things to come.

This is crap

This is crap! So far my cfb team (K-State) has had 2 games on this service. Got an hdmi adapter for our iPad to watch it on tv. ESPN has the streaming set up to block it so we can’t get it on our tv from the iPad through the adapter. I mean...Really?!!! Right now, in the middle of my game, watching on the iPad, I’m looking at a screen that says, “Sorry, we’re experiencing technical difficulties.” ESPN, you SUCK!

i tried many of them,even codecademy,which should be one of the best,bah is one of the worst,sometimes it asks you stuff that you don't even know,explains like s**t,the worst one probably,since i meet w3schoools,damn man...this site...this site is the one,is soo simple,soo nice simpleeeeeee :3,the best of the best,and it gives you soo much information for free,and also excercises like quiz,not like codecademy that you have to pay to do some small ass quizes,f***k that s**t,, w3 love your site good job

When it works it is fine. No recourse for when it doesn't.Venmo customer service representatives have no way to see why a transaction is declined by their own system. This allows for accounts to be locked and not banned. Essentially making it to where your money could be trapped in venmo with no way to get it out.

Dbox: Gestapo Tactics For User "Denied Service"

I agree with so many of the reviewers that after 8 years as a customer I got a message that I have violated the terms of agreement and they denied me access to my account. This was a month after I paid them for next year. Customer service is an oxymoron. I didn't get any idea why they cancelled my service until after I sent then 12 requests and then after 6 weeks I got one liine: "Service cancelled because of customer violated terms of service." That was it. No indication what I did, just bye bye. I've noticed that other cloud storage outfits that charge by the year and are not based in the US, seem to use that geographic distance as a way to abuse individual customers. They seem to cater to large companies who use dropbox to share work back and forth. What I don't understand is how the Internet Reviews by such places like PCmagazine, for instance, rave about the service. Reviewers don't seem to read customer reviews. They review the product but rarely the customer response.

Think twice about using AmEx!

Once up on a time AmEx was known for great customer service, even thought they are one the least preferred credit card service providers for retailers due to over charging transaction fees. After being a paying member for many years without missing a payment, they were just incompetent to process my last transaction despite several phone calls and assurance that the transaction will be processed. Had to speak to different customer service people, each was saying something different, as if there's no communications between them, eventually saying that I'll have to send proof of income to review my credit limit, just embarrassing! Despite having an excellent credit history/score, they've now closed my account without my consent and for no good reason, and effectively prevented me to use the serval thousand loyalty pints that I've earned overtime on my account. Very frustrating &amp; disappointing to say the least. Never again will use AmEx, worst credit company and a rip-off!
