AVOID THIS STORE and read the reviews first! I have ordered 2 T-shirts, 1 long sleeve, sneakers. Paid for it and was thinking that is everything okay. Nope. I have received the email with authentication code required from my bank. I have sent them the code in 14 hours (they told me in the email I have 48 to verify it), then I was waiting for a day - no replies. I have asked the manager if they received it? - His answer was “Yes, sure. We will answer in 24 hours”. Okay, I was waiting. 24 hours have gone - no replies. I’m asking the consultant again, again the same answer. Okay, I was waiting TILL I RECEIVED THE EMAIL CANCELLATION OF MY ORDER. I was in rage seeing this, went to the consultant chat once again. Was asking a lot of questions the consultant “ANDREW” - a classical support, the main thing he told me “I don’t know how it is happened but I can’t help you, cause it is cancelled already”. Holy... I can’t imagine worse service than this one! Also, I didn’t get the refund! Asking you, guys. Listen to the reviews first! I have a lot of proofs, screenshots / vids what they told me and my emails time codes on it. So no mercy!

Not even worth 1 star. I was sent the incorrect item 3 times and had to return the items at my own costs (from mainland EU to the UK, so you can guess the costs). I'm still waiting for the postage costs to be refunded, even though it was confirmed that I would get the money back (before I returned the items, so I have my doubts at this stage I will ever get my money back). I basically have to beg to get my money back. And then they are 'threatening' to keep my account on hold. Why exactly? They have their goods back.The CS team doesn't seem to be able to read and understand, it's ridiculous. Replying to my lastest email and answering multiple questions in 1 email seems to be the most difficult of all.

Of course Lowe’s has never responded to trustpilot reviews- it is not a computer company - it’s a home improvement megastore!Lowe’s is to be lauded. I think they hire a large proportion of people who have been released from prison. They have a decent product offering and the contractor who tiled my floors did a great fast job at a low price. They offer a military discount. HOWEVER every time I visit the store I suddenly get a jump in spam purportedly from Lowe’s so I think they must have exceptionally poor controls over my personal data, which may include my credit card information. I try to pay with Apple Pay (which scrambles the credit card information) or cash. When my friend was building his house he used to remind the cashier when they forgot to charge him for items but he said by the end he just gave up!

I thoroughly enjoy wattpad! The books there are great, the people there are almost always friendly and the format itself is quite good. If I had to make one complaint, it would be that the notifications can be quite annoying because they say that you sometimes have notifications when it is actually just a previous notification I have seen. I also think that wattpad would be very good for twelve year olds, so maybe you should think about lowering the age limit? I also got a message from W E B N O V E L, and I tried to ask what to do on the wattpad guide page but I haven't been answered.

Bought the same coat in two different sizes online and returned the one that didn’t fit as well via Hermes the next day. Didn’t hear anything for a week so then tracked my returned online. Got a message saying ‘return cancelled.’ Emailed and didn’t get a response within the stated 24 hours so used their message service to contact them. Was told this was a glitch on their app? Was then informed that refunds take up to 15 working days to process and if I hadn’t heard from them after 15 working days then to contact again. Shock horror, no refund after 15 working days. Contacted them again and demanded a refund which they finally processed manually whilst I was on the phone. Got an automated email then saying that my refund would show up in 5-7 working days.I’ve finally got my money back but why it takes such a large company a month to process refunds I don’t know. It feels very much like they’re holding onto people’s money for as long as possible. Maybe they’re in financial trouble but I would never ever risk ordering from them again for fear of losing my money. I just hope the coat I kept doesn’t develop a fault as I wouldn’t want to go through their returns process ever again.
