I purchased two items in late November and returned them for a refund at the beginning of December. They are supposed to refund within 15 working days but I waited until early January for my refunds and due to the fact that customer service was non existent I had to open both a Resolver case and a Section 75 with my credit card company. I've now got my refunds but I will NEVER buy from this shop again and advise others to avoid.

Zoom support is less than adequate to perform their jobs. I have emailed and called multiple times on our account for an upgrade on licenses. Reached out to several people and no one has reached out to me. I also opened a support ticket and it has been 3 days and no response on that either. Do not recommend. Use 8x8 or ring central so you do not have to deal with their support.

I have sendt them multiple emails, they have no phone number on their page, and whenever I try to chat with them I get the respond that no agetns are avalible, please sendt en email... I cannot be the only one with big issues in having my website offline and everyday it is not online I loose money... Bad bad experience...

Every single day for more than a year, I had "hackers" from across the globe trying to access my account, and the only time Outlook would ever notify me of a breach was when one of them finally managed to log in to my account.Since they literally have zero security measures set in place to prevent a breach, I was ultimately forced to delete my account and look elsewhere for an email service.I've no doubt in my mind that Outlook (formerly Hotmail) has the worst security for an email service I've ever seen!

I was kicked off Duolingo for...? I suspect it was for not signing-up for their pay version. I had almost 6 consecutive years! I learned many new words and a small amount of grammar, but really had trouble understanding the language when spoken by their cartoon characters -especially their cartoonish children. It looks to be a wasted six years of daily effort.

I didn't have the option to put more personal information. In comparison, obtaining a UK company's DUNS number was not difficult and it was straightforward.

Trying to return some large home items that arrived either damaged or looking different to what was shown on the website. Their help section says to contact them for large home returns so I did this. The WhatsApp and chat replies are so frustrating as they don’t seem to answer extremely simple questions. After they set up the return in the usual way (which it turns out I could have done without contacting them) I wanted to check they’d noted the return would be in 2 parcels rather than 1 (I wanted to make sure the second parcel doesn’t go missing). I’ve tried to ask them this multiple times and all they keep telling me is the return has 4 items in it (it doesn’t, it has 5). They don’t seem to be able to answer a simple question on whether they’ve noted the return will consist of 2 boxes. It’s also frustrating I am being charged to return damaged items.

I recently purchased Lenovo Yoga 5G laptop, and saw it came with a Lenovo pen. I wanted to connect the pen to my laptop, but nowhere in the box does it say what type of pen it is. I tried searching it up- however every pen has a button o the top which my pen doesn't have. I still cant find how to connect it anywhere. Very disappointing.

Honestly I would give a 0, but it won't let me. Dell has continuously promised issues will be fixed, but the dates come and go and they ignore you when you reach out again. If they don't flat out hang up on you (has happened 6+ times), they will say whatever they can to get you off the phone. They do not want to help AT ALL.
