Perfect For Me

Ok. My experience with Google is great and there was ever a delay in service, our live chat is great, and my company pays for Google workspace AND IT IS TOTALLY BETTER THAN MICROSOFT

Review of asus

I recommend not buying ASUS.

I recently purchased a super expensive gaming motherboard by ASUS. It came with a screw that was stuck (a VRM fan screw) and I vigorously worked on removing it and in the process, stripped the screw so I contacted their customer support team to get a replacement screw. In the end, after a lot of back-and-forth, they didn't even give me a replacement screw and they didn't even identify or label the screw for me.

Once again I ask for the complaints procedure as my money is held without my ability to withdraw it unless I give all my details which I am unwilling to do as I do not trust this organisation since they erroneously closed my account.

I need a refund

I listed on October 30 and committed to a job with an Angi listing. Then I continued to get appt emails , even though my Angi contractor confirmed for complete the job today, Nov 11. On Sunday an informed appt showed up at my door and I explained that the job had been taken. He said don’t worry tht happens all the time. An hour later, I was charged $167. My job was just complete by the contractor I booked in October. He did a great job. I paid him directly.

One-Sided Platform that Favors the Clients

They charged me $18.99 for a 'screening fee' in August of 2024. I want to cancel my services and they won't refund me for the remaining 5 months I won't be using Care.com for. Their website on my web browser is garbage. It is glitchy and unless you are paying them on a monthly basis, you can't share your personal information with anyone in their messenger. You get x's (i.e. xxx-xxx-xxxx). If you want to show up in the feed/search, you have to pay a monthly fee. They don't allow you to respond to reviews. Their process for handling bullies is inadequate. To be honest, it doesn't appear to me that they want to protect business owners AND clients. They are a one-sided platform. As far as I could see, there wasn't any spam like there was on sittercity.com, so that's good. I'm just so glad I didn't waste more $ and time on a platform that is set-up to benefit one party more than another. The 'care' in care.com ought to be icareabout$.com because in terms of caring about both the small business and client/potential client, it is really imbalanced. I have to protect myself, and if they don't see that or care, I most certainly won't do business with them and I will let other people know what they are getting themselves into.Etsy and Google Maps allow for responses to reviews. It creates a two-sided situation, where each person can share their perspective of what happened. When a professional psychologist retaliates against you because you decided she wasn't a good fit for your business needs after giving her a FREE estimate, and writes you a poor review for not giving her what she wanted, that is quite unfair. I devoted my time and effort to a potential client who turned out to be a bully. Care.com disallowed me from explaining what happened in my description about what I do, which I was doing to explain myself since I couldn't write a response to this woman's ill-intended review. If Care.com doesn't want to create a fair plane for everyone, I don't want to have anything to do with them. Not to mention, they used to be free. Now, they charge a yearly screening fee and a monthly membership fee (if you actually want to find work). The app works better than the website, but their website should work properly on any web browser. That is my opinion.

Review of backblaze

Support is a joke

I used Backblaze for over 5 years successfully. Then it suddenly changed behavior, making my backup tasks more troublesome. I opened a support case.Support was sporadic, ineffective and redundant. After nearly 2 months of communications with -9- different support personnel, including a “lead technical support agent,” I gave up on finding a solution to my issue. Backblaze support was second only to AT&T in its ineffectiveness. I wasted many hours with them, all to no result. There seems to be little consistency to the organization of this unit - every few days I’d hear from a different agent. They’d profess a desire to help, then often wouldn’t respond for days, sometimes not at all. I suppose there WAS some consistency in the attempts at a solution, in that they kept trying the same failed ideas. I often wondered whether the current agent had read the previous messages in the thread.Initially, they tried to blame my problem on a piece of system software that has been present in my computer’s operating system through versions dating back over a decade. When I checked the OS support forums, I found that they’d suggested the same “fix” to another customer a couple of months earlier. Responses on the forum indicated that this software has no user interface, and that attempting to modify it would expose the computer to viruses and malware. So they should have known that this was never going to be a viable solution. It appears that Backblaze is happy to take your money. Beyond that, they’re not interested in you.

Review of wayfair

Ridiculous business model

Ridiculous business model. I purchased two different orders from Wayfair in good faith. One is supposedly on the way according to their tracking information and the other one was canceled because there was no inventory. I understand things happen and sales events can make things move quickly, but in this day and age there are inventory computers and counting systems. They can tell you when you are out of stock on a certain item in real time without having to show it as available on your site. It seems like misleading their valued customers is their kink so it will be a while before I visit again..In addition to all of this, they gladly and quickly charged my card, they’ll take five business days, which is over a week to get the funds back to me and not even a 10% discount coupon or 20% off something that says “ we care “ or anything to show that they value me as a customer. Very tacky.Ps. I just found out that they contribute heavily to conservative causes. I’m OUT

Horrible Online Experience - Never Again!

Horrible experience with online ordering! Ordered on 3rd December and today 23rd December my order still hasn't been delivered and nobody knows when it will be delivered. These were presents so now I have no presents and Christmas is ruined! Really appalling customer service and online experience. Never again!

failed to send full order but will not refund

2 items were missing from the delivery. The packet was in a reasonable state and it is clear that it did not contain the missing items. I followed their route to customer service (sending photos and filling out a form) who simply informed me that everything was correctly packed and they are closing the case. I have paid for the full order and one of the missing items was the most expensive item on the order (£99.90) so am quite shocked.
