Terrible service.

When I booked the tickets I had to pay for ticket delivery. Tickets were not delivered and even after I requested an e- ticket which I was advised I couldn't get it was instructed to go to the box office to collect tickets on the night. The queue to collect tickets was so long that we completely missed the support band and only got into the venue a matter of minutes before the headline act. What was the initially point in forcing customers to opt for delivery with no eticket option from the beginning? Why was there no advice supplied about the queues there would be on the night. Very unhappy at this sub optimal experience. Will probably avoid song kick in future.
