The customer service is absolutely awful. It takes hours on the phone to get anywhere with an issue. When we go to our local retail store they won't unlock the door even though the sign says open and we can see a employee inside. We have two other friends that have experienced the same thing. They knocked on the door of store and they just ignored them. Lights on, open sign on, and hours on door are within open hours. Door locked won't help any of us. Its ridiculous

Cashback vs dishonest...I use Agoda for all my hotel booking all the time. I received some Cashback award before. But last time 3 Cashback award claim but only one gave can claim and other 2 disappear.Now again this time Cashback more than $300+ due on 25/1/2025. I have been waiting since December 2024. When time to claim 4 of Cashback award disappeared and i check with AI support and report rooms cancel. That is bushit and sucking.I booked and payful, never cancel with any refund, only once i asked to change check in date but still paid in full amount for the booking.I believe that Agoda dishonest and they claim my Cashback award. Maybe they do this globally. This is like suck blood and bad reputation, i lost trust for Cashback award anyway

Samsung used to be a famous mark. I have a Samsung laptop and 10+ plus phone but all are trash. Customer service is the worst. Example, updates stopped on my laptop then my screen lock totally stopped and I called Samsung customer service asking to unlock my screen. The stupid reply persisted that I can lock in and go to setting but I kept insisting that screen lock no longer works after updates failure. Samsung then sent a message that issue is resolved and case closed. Phone call made no different. The phone I have is as sluggish as a typical last grade Chinese phone. I do not even want anyone to contact me because they will be wasting my precious time with incoherent replies.

I have been trying to contact the National Trust re my membership. I have previously emailed them 4 times regarding another problem but have not had a reply. This time I have tried emailing, telephoning, going through the website but unable to log in. Have tried forgotten password although I have not but they do not send a link. This is all so unacceptable. I think the next step is for the government to take responsibility for the organisation so that the members are at least able to contact the organisation.I seriously need help. Can anyone suggest my next step.

American Express is a joke. Does not give accurate information regarding credit card benefits. Each time you call you get different information. They marked an open investigation as resolved without even telling me. When I called back for a follow up on the matter, they said it had already been marked as resolved. I would not recommend American Express.

I enrolled on a course and it was completely bogus, you had as many attempts as you like on the quiz and after one go you get given all the right answers. the final grade was achieved by writing one sentence about how you feel. had many emails go back and forth today with customer support #2664902 and they won't award me the certificate despite doing 7 weeks worth of bogus tests and listening to someone's inflated opinions and tokenism. enrolled on another course about writing a novel and in the student group, most of the students can't write a basic sentence without spelling almost every word wrong. there are a few good courses on here but they are few and far between. if you want to buy worthless certificates in a PDF format it's the place to go!!
