They let you order items that they do not hold in stock. I ordered four items, only 2 turned up. Apparently they lost one item and couldn't work out when the next would be delivered.

I was very satisfied with my lawyer he goes above and beyond for his customers I'm very grateful that I have him as my lawyer I couldn't ask for a better law firm not only is my lawyer a great guy his staff are great people too they all care and they're very nice and sweet and I'm very grateful to get to know each and every one of them I would also refer other people to my lawyers because he is a great lawyer he does his job very well and so does his employees..

I got a brand new Kobo Clara Colour and I’m extremely unsatisfied. The battery dies in only one day, with WiFi off and almost no usage. My old eReader lasted for weeks.

The customer adviser really tried her best to help me and spent a longer time in the phone to help me solve exporting dater to my new account but we now need the tech department to resolve it as she tried her best but system errors. We need more people like her to support new customers I appreciated her time & patiences with me as I need at least 1.5hrs as 45mins is not good. Please change your onboarding policy to 1hour minimum.

YOU SUCK! I mail ordered from you in APRIL and promptly returned the merchandise, which you acknowledged, and I have YET to receive my refund of $60!!! You sent me an email in July, saying my refund was FINALLY being credited back to my account, then NOTHING happened! And now I just received another email saying the same thing. WHEN WILL I REALLY GET MY REFUND? Clearly you do NOT have your act together!

I have enjoyed outstanding customer support on two occasions. First I changed my order within 2 hours, no problem and very fast response. When later I realised I ordered the wrong size again they responded quickly and gave the best possible support. On top of which the T-shirts are of good quality cotton and make a great present. Hence the five stars.

Do not order directly with Xiaomi UK. My new Poco F3 has poor connections to both mobile and Wifi, it is not fit for purpose. 3 months later, I am still awaiting to return to Xiaomi UK. The after sale service team is polite but after 5 long calls later, each representative had promised a return envelope to be sent out. Each one had promised a follow up email. I am still waiting. I had even offered to send it at my cost in order to get a refund but they would not accept. I was a Xiaomi fan (for 3 years) but with this incompetent post sales service, lack of quality control, I am afraid I will not trust them again.UPDATE: The device was sent back to the technical team and provided with proof of purchase. 24 days on, no reply and no sign of refund. I am starting to believe that Xiaomi is running an incompetent business and consumer rights count very little.Update 2: WB-MI-0013887-001 (att: Xiaomi), I look forward to hearing from you.

Yanked around for 3+ months - Purchased a watch, watch had issue, spent 5+ hours with Garmin over the 3 months trying to fix the issue. Then they want to charge my card for a new watch while they process sending another one to me.

I purchased the Garmin Fenix 7X Solar…

I purchased the Garmin Fenix 7X Solar with high expectations given its premium price and advertised features. Unfortunately, the experience has been a major disappointment: Inaccurate GPS: The GPS often provides unreliable data, especially in wooded or urban areas, making it difficult to track activities accurately. Overhyped battery life: Despite the "solar" feature, the battery life falls far short of the claims. After just a few intensive sessions, it drains surprisingly fast. Unstable software: The watch frequently crashes or bugs out, even after multiple updates. This is unacceptable for such an expensive device. Poor customer support: I reached out to customer service, but the responses were slow and unhelpful. It seems they are unwilling to acknowledge or address the product's issues.After this disappointing experience, I’m planning to switch to an Apple Watch. I’d rather have a device that delivers better reliability and seamless integration. Sadly, Garmin failed to meet my expectations with the Fenix 7X Solar.

Key tool for a mobile small business

The administrative part of my business life got a lot easier when I started using FreshBooks, thanks to a referral from a colleague. We have a highly mobile small company with work across North America, and some overseas, as well as associates based across the US. Therefore, the most important features for me on FreshBooks are the ability to schedule recurring invoices for retainer clients, and access FreshBooks wherever I am, as long as I have an internet connection. I cut down on my administrative time by half each month, thanks to FreshBooks. Couldn't work without it!

Great customer service

As a small business owner in a creative field, I don't know how to do proper bookkeeping or accounting. I called the FreshBooks customer service line and they were very patient in showing me how the features work and now my books are in order and tidy for my accountant come tax time.
