I have been trying to contact the National Trust re my membership. I have previously emailed them 4 times regarding another problem but have not had a reply. This time I have tried emailing, telephoning, going through the website but unable to log in. Have tried forgotten password although I have not but they do not send a link. This is all so unacceptable. I think the next step is for the government to take responsibility for the organisation so that the members are at least able to contact the organisation.I seriously need help. Can anyone suggest my next step.
