Samsung used to be a famous mark. I have a Samsung laptop and 10+ plus phone but all are trash. Customer service is the worst. Example, updates stopped on my laptop then my screen lock totally stopped and I called Samsung customer service asking to unlock my screen. The stupid reply persisted that I can lock in and go to setting but I kept insisting that screen lock no longer works after updates failure. Samsung then sent a message that issue is resolved and case closed. Phone call made no different. The phone I have is as sluggish as a typical last grade Chinese phone. I do not even want anyone to contact me because they will be wasting my precious time with incoherent replies.
