I have emailed countless times about…

I have emailed countless times about getting a refund and have had no response. I got a free trial and forgot to cancel it and my partner paid for the family Duolingo already. I got charged and want a refund and no reply to any of my emails. Can someone PLEASE help me??

Review of doordash

Never using DoorDash again

I've been doing Group Orders from DoorDash recently and NEVER have we gotten utensils and napkins, despite my calling their (pretty much useless) customer service line, being told how to request those, and still I have yet to receive these items. I am done with DoorDash and never will I ever use them again. And, their customer service is incompetent and hard to reach.

Drocon Mirage Mini Drone

I received the mini drone on May 25th 2021. Didn't have time to take a picture of it. I had trouble figuring out how to turn on the controller. The on button is not marked. I think kids these days are smarter than I am. I finally figured out that the clear button in the center turns he controller and pairs it with the drone. The drone itself is tiny. Fits in your hand. I got it to hover, but it started to drift, possibly because I did something wrong or just the breeze from the air conditioner blew it off course. So I crashed it several times. I have not gotten the hang of it. Still, it works and it was quite cheap. I will have to practice flying the little thing to get it to work better. It seems to be quite powerful for it's size.

Never purchase apps through Mashable!

I recently purchased an app through Mashable, thought I was getting a great deal on a language app. I paid $40. The app was beyond bad and mashable has no desire to stand behind what they sell to their customers. Rather than doing the right thing, I received an email from Anthony with the below canned message that is as stale as the app they sold me [with my comments in brackets]:As it stands, we are contractually tied to a no refund policy [ridiculous] with our vendors, allowing us to offer amazing products [this was the crappiest app I've ever purchased] at a huge discount [its not that big...who are you kidding dude?]. Additionally, digital license codes and redemption assets are sent out immediately upon checkout, at which point the vendor is paid. I would love to accommodate your request [than accommodate and don't make excuses], but if we offered refunds, customers could make purchases, redeem the assets, ask for a refund, and walk away with free software [now you are way out of line by proposing this to me, you doosh bag].

Appreciation for Doris in furniture dept, Chicago

My husband and I recently visited Macy's 6th floor for recliners and were assisted by Doris. Her assistance was invaluable. She helped us find the perfect chairs, arranged quick delivery and showed us excellent sales on other items we were considering. After our chairs were delivered just as expected, she called us to make sure everything was satisfactory. We were very pleased with our transaction, our price for the chairs and especially our excellent salesperson.

Scam?

A few technical issues on certain surveys and then it just gets better... I am due for my reward but I can't remember my password. The change password link does not work and their 'customer service team' clearly have no clue how to resolve the issue and give generic answers. I asked them to cancel my account, they directed me to their website and yes, you need to log in before you can cancel it.amazingly, you don't need to log in to access more surveys and earn reward points you won't be able to use. I can only assume this is all part of the scam.Avoid this company and their website.

Don't use it for any reason.

They block my account for no reason. No any support chat/email/etc. contacts on its site. I was able to contact with them via reddit (Yahoo-CustomerCare) but they did't help me and more don't explain me why would they done that.

My wife and I came into the store to pick up her things she gets every month and we choose to not wear a mask because it is our choice as a American. This young lady came up to us being a b it c h and said we had to leave if we were not wearing one. You can tell right off she is a brainwashed democrat. So we left and told her to SCREW off we will no longer do business with your company. Some companies just don't get it. We have a choice to wear or not wear a mask. We choose not to be told by the government and their fake reasons to wear something that is proven by doctors that is is very unhealthy for you to wear. Wake up folks. Ulta Beauty this is for you. SCREW YOU AND YOUR STUPID RULE ALONG WITH YOUR COMPANY. WE WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER PENNY IN YOUR STORE.

WASTED MY YEARS (10+ years) AND MY SAVINGS completing every level of education(up to MBA with Distinction grade) to ended up being REJECTED by every company i have delivered my CV. They have rejected my human right to acquire working experience, they have rejected my right to live. Now i have to sell all my assets to PURCHASE a job with a startup or a franchise SOMETHING i could have done 10 years ago with 50k in my pocket and 10 FRESH YEARS! Imagine investing 50k on NVIDIA 10YEARS AGO instead of wasting it on USELESS education. SOCIETY RUINED MY LIFE! THIS COMPANY has ruined entry level candidates to find a job by cherry picking the golden candidates for all companies looking to fill their empty positions.
