Cashback vs dishonest...I use Agoda for all my hotel booking all the time. I received some Cashback award before. But last time 3 Cashback award claim but only one gave can claim and other 2 disappear.Now again this time Cashback more than $300+ due on 25/1/2025. I have been waiting since December 2024. When time to claim 4 of Cashback award disappeared and i check with AI support and report rooms cancel. That is bushit and sucking.I booked and payful, never cancel with any refund, only once i asked to change check in date but still paid in full amount for the booking.I believe that Agoda dishonest and they claim my Cashback award. Maybe they do this globally. This is like suck blood and bad reputation, i lost trust for Cashback award anyway
