I spent some time writing a qualified software review. I got it approved and was notified of a reward by e-mail. When I logged into my G2 account I got an error message trying to access my reward. I created a support account and tried twice to contact customer service. I got message received confirmations but never any reply. After my third attempt at reaching customer service I got my reward.

I placed a order on 11/28/2023 today is 12/112023 and still haven't got my order poor bedside manners horrible customer service I call tge customer service number and still didn't get the issue resolved there all speaking broken loud background poor reception just didn't get anything accomplished I ended the call I will never ever do business here again! HORRIBLE BUSINESS!

Really great customer service. Cancelled my subscription because I couldn't afford it and was offered a free month and lots of tips and links to help my game. (which they didn't have to do any of!) Really caring company and great fun playing everyone online too.

I just wanted to take a minute to let you know what our last stay with your hotel in Palm Springs was like. It was far more than disappointing!! Our stay was unexpected and last minute so without research I booked this hotel. Knowing the name, I trusted we would have a decent stay. We had some time to kill so we thought we’d take that opportunity to relax at the pool. However, we were very dissatisfied with that! The pool area was not well kept up. The umbrellas were torn as well as chairs being broken or filthy, the pool itself was bug filled and dirty! And we had to request pool towels from the front desk- which was at the opposite end of the resort. We walked over to the vending area to get something to drink and a small snack while we waited. Just to find that their were no snack machines and the pop machines were either empty or damaged beyond a working state. AND only one of the ice machines in the whole building worked! We had a 1 year old with us for the day-but not the overnight stay. Not having something to snack on or something cool to drink did not go over well with him or us!!!Our room never cooled. We had the air set to 70. Throughout the night my husband and I awoke to put cool towels on our heads and necks just to cool us.At the time of checkout I couldn’t get anyone to come to the desk to give me a receipt. I knocked on the glass and waited for up to 10 minutes. Unfortunately I didn’t have any more time to wait as we were headed to the airport and had no more time to waste!

I was promised delivery on Monday by 10pm but nothing arrived. I contacted customer service who apologised and promised delivery on Thursday instead. I checked again on Thursday morning and was assured it would definitely be delivered. Eventually at 6pm I contacted them again and they said it was delayed yet again. No reason given. I've been promised a guaranteed delivery tomorrow but I'm not holding my breath. I've cancelled my prime and will look for alternatives to Amazon for any future orders. Poor service from the delivery team and the customer service agents have to bear the brunt of customer dissatisfaction.

Having had very poor service from a new online health company it made me realise just how great Amazon is at what they do. I have had things go wrong, sometimes because I wasn’t paying attention, sometimes because a third party seller exaggerated their product and a couple of times things got damaged in transit, but over 15 years Amazon has sorted every problem, even when I ordered the wrong thing, to me they do a brilliant job, I live out of town in a rural area and simply wouldn’t have had the same level of service, they have made my life better, thank you Amazon.

Absolutely unacceptable delivery service. The package was supposed to come that day between 5-11 which failed. It was then supposed to come the next day between 9-10:30. As I waited up and instead of going to bed like usual for the SECOND night in a row I got the news that it had yet again failed.. maybe my damn coffee machine will come tomorrow.

Have been using them for a while and overall I'm happy with the service. In particular, it's really good they have a live chat facility on their site, so if you encounter any issues or have any questions, you can speak to someone quickly.The only downside is they count and charge you for unsubscribed/bounced email addresses as part of your subscription and they once rejected an import I did despite the list being my own and 100% opt in.Other than that, they've provided a reliable service. I've tried other providers and they're much better than the "industry leaders".

I have had the worst experience in my life with this company. I did make an error and was selling my menus to a customer. U are not suppose to sell anything. Again my bag!! I had 336.00 in my wallet. Venmo closed down my account. OK I understand, then they told me I had to wait 180 days to get my money back. They will send a link as so I can put my funds back into my bank. The 180 days came and went. I repeatedly contacted VENMO. First the people that answer the phone can not help, unless its simple log in issues. They sent my complaint to the RESOLUTION DEPARTMENT/ ACCOUNT SPECIALIST. What a joke!!! The sent me 2 emails stating I was no longer allowed to use their app. OK I just want my money. My order of a gas range was delivered on the promised time, however I'm still waiting on the installation. The delivery team called XPO probably outsourced by Samsung was responsible for delivery, installation and haul away. However the delivery/installation guy was not knowledgeable on the installation and told me that they cannot install this range because the gas shut off valve is missing at my gas line and they wanted me to get a plumber to first install the gas shut off valve before they can install. They left the range in my garage. When I checked back with plumber and CenterPoint I was told that everything is correct and the gas valve is located in the kitchen cabinet next to the range which the installation guy was not aware of, and it is fine since he was used to old model where the shutoff valve is placed back of the range. However I'm now struggling to get the installation done. After struggling and talking to 4-5 people I was able to create a request for installation again through XPO and was told that within 24-48 hours someone with call me to complete the pending work. However, it is several days, and no response. I keep calling the Samsung customer care and wait for 1-2 hours to get connected to an agent and just told that they can't help as it is pending with XPO and they will contact me again within 48 hours. I regret placing this order on Samsung.com and going through all these inconvenience.

I enrolled in the GetSmarter Oxford University's sustainability course with high expectations, hoping for cutting-edge knowledge from a reputed institution. Sadly, outdated and occasionally incorrect content in the course content led to my decision to cancel. Despite GetSmarter's assurance of a full refund for the course fee, I have not yet receive any money. Regrettably, rather than addressing the issue, GetSmarter has severed all communication, leaving my emails and calls unanswered.
