Bought Delta tickets for the family, BUF-UIO-BUF, via JFK. On our way in from BUF to UIO, I was quoted 30$ per checked bag. When coming back from UIO to BUF, I was not allowed to check bags online or pay for them online. Then at the airport my bags and out passports were held hostage and I was told to pay 168$ per checked bag. A grand total of USD $672 for my family’s four checked bags. My budget was USD$120 because no one told me there was a 138$ difference per bag. I expect Delta, who I purchased the trip from, to refund me immediately $552. I contacted Delta and they are declining to take responsibility, at all. Never flying with them again, and recommending against them to everyone I know.

absolute scam of a company! They opted me in without my consent to the auto renewal. I never wanted this. After getting charged $468! I immediately messages and explain the situation and asked for a refund and for them to cancel my account and TURN OFF auto renewal in the future. They got back to me 5 days later with a copy and paste bog standard reply saying they can't do that, and they can't refund me. They have effectively stolen my money without my consent. What an absolute sham!

I wrote my genuine review of the worst company I ever worked at (I have worked at few in Lithuania, UK and Spain) and Glassdoor team was taking two weeks to revise and accept my review. After waiting for two weeks, I eventually contacted their customer support to see whats happening. Eventually, I got a response from their CS saying the review was accepted and published, but it is still not visible on the website. I tried three different devices, different browsers, tried clearing cache and cookies, but my review is simply not showing up. Their CS team simply told me clear cache and cookies as from their end the review is published. I showed them screenshots and gave a direct link to the company’s profile explaining the review is not visible, they ignored that message and just stopped responding to me.

I took a minor in German in College but that was 40 years ago. I never traveled or have spoken to a native speaker. So I decided to see what I remember...There are a lot of mistakes and problems in the translations. I learned "high" german. The language presented here is contemporary I assume, so there are lots of English words that have been borrowed. For example the English word "Super" is introduced but is presented as meaning "great"...we all know what super means.. I could make a small catalogue of mistranslations, most of which are subtle and of little consequence.. but still annoying. Vielen Dank isn't "thank you very much" it is "Many Thanks" Danke Sehr would be more like it. Guten Appetit (good appetite) doesn't mean "enjoy your meal" etc. They are equivalent in a sense but not really the same. I was taught that wohnen (to reside) isn't interchangeable with leben (to live) but that is how it is presented here...Has the language changed to be more like English? not sure. There are some more serious problems. Eiskaffee is Ice Coffee...not ice cream coffee. Freundin (female friend) doesn't necessarily mean "girl friend". Many of the phrases are silly, nonsensical and not of any utility. I don't need to tell anyone that my turtle likes to go hiking. I get the feeling that they need someone fluent in both english and german to go over it. It is a very good learning environment which is why I use it. Most of my mistakes are with my thumb's inability to type accurately on my phone. Sometimes the app recognizes a typo but mostly not.Another problem is that German is a very gendered language....absolutely every noun is Male, Female or Neuter. When you learn a new word the article must be emphasized so that the word can be conjugated. Duolingo leaves the gender out most of the time. The noun by itself is almost pointless. Never present the noun without its article! Big mistake.It is like an LGTBQ12@#% activist devised the whole thing bringing in many turns of phrase you aren't likely to use.

Terrible and unorganized processing. Ordered a ring online, paid for "Express" shipping which is supposed to arrive within 2 business days. I get a notification that the item was shipped via UPS Ground! To make things worse, it was supposed to be a Christmas gift that I ordered more than a week before, specifically with express shipping. I called customer service and they simply said that they sometimes have to obtain products from "the vendor" and that it is basically at the vendor's discretion on what method of shipping and the time frame. What nonsense! Never ordering anything again from these stupid asses again!

Any dog can be aggressive and dangerous regardless of the breed.Have you thought about reporting and debating that its actually humans that couse the issues, anyone can go out and buy a dog and that's the problem!!!These dogs don't ask to be breed or come into this world. No bad dogs only bad people /owners.Lastly do you know how many well behaved loving and friendly family dogs are murdered each year for just the way they look, thats discrimination, racism and outdated, the breed specific legislation needs to stop and instead of murdering frightened dogs who have done nothing wrong but sre still ripped away from there family and home put into a scary kennel 24hrs a day and the murdered without seeing there family again is barbaric. Some good reporting on the facts would be amazing instead of hiding behind the dangerous dogs act that clearly does not work and but dogs through months of hell and trauma to be murdered alone, frightened and confused as to what they have done wrong to be treated so barbaric. They were really great tonwork with regarding cancelations for COVID-19, and with the exception of one tour in the UK (NOT GYG's fault there, it was the driver of a tour bus), my famiy and I have had excellent experiences with our tours. We reccomend them frequently to friends amd family and will definitely continue to use the app/website for future adventures and experiences.
