I bought a Martin & Co and I was so excited for it. I opened the box and it looks like someone punched a hole in the back of it. I called the customer service line and they said it’s non refundable and I can return it and get a new one but they’re at a higher price.

Absolute thiefs. Asked help about refunds as it's unacceptable to change premium skins years later. People paid their hard earned money for stuff it should be honoured or refunded. Simple. If I bought a suit for a funeral that was black and when I got home it magically turned blue I would be pissed. You can't just charge people for things and then change them. Contacted support to see if they would refund any item affected as I've put a fair amount into this game over the years and their response was "contact steam" didn't ask what it was regarding or anything just straight "go to steam". The funny part it I've only just started using the game on steam and have 1200 hours on origin and pretty much all my purchases come though origin due to me having ea play pro. Useless bots who have no idea what's going on from an equally useless and quite frankly disgraceful company.

It can't get castling right ANY TIME. It says to castle you move the king 1 square towards your rook, but it only works half of them time, and the other half, it just moves your king towards your rook.I got checkmated n a game I really needed to win on Chess.com because of that-And only because of that.Like, it could be better, it just isn't.

My high-end Philips TV developed a screen fault within about 6 months of purchase, which isn't great, but understandable, these things happen. What isn't understandable is the service I've received since then; Philips referred the issue to a third party (Equinox maintenance Ltd) who sent a technician to my home on 13/09/22. However, instead of repairing the fault he actually broke the television completely (it now won't even power on).It is now 11/10/22, 4 weeks on from when Philips' repair service actually BROKE my product, and the only contact I've had from either company (when chased) is that they're waiting for parts to be delivered with no ETA for an actual repair.A similar review will be posted against Equinox.

I enjoy buying from Wish the prices are affordable and good quality things come. I have used Wish Shopping for over five years now, I buy Socks, Clothes and Make-up from Wish. The only downside with Wish is if you buy Ten items for example you have to pay Ten Shipping Fees silly as you should just pay one shipping fee like most places. But it doesn't brake the bank all the Delivery Fees because the Products are so cheap, Overall I'm happy with everything and will give the whole Wish Store a 9/10 including that 9 for how long the product takes to arrive.

Kursalon Vienna incl 4 course meal.We booked this through trip adviser but when we arrived at the Kursalon found that the 4 course meal had been cancelled and the concert was elsewhere. We subsequently had a meal at a local restaurant and the concert was held elsewhere. Very disappointing as the venue was what drew us to book. It was definitely 1 * for Tripadviser with whom we booked Ref BR 991642783.

Called Daniel about my washing machine and right off the bat, he was very unprofessional. I could hear him eating over the phone as I tried to explain my situation about the washing machine. According to their technician, the washing machine has a manufacturer defect and Samsung would be able to replace it despite being out of warranty. When I said that I didn’t have the receipt, he ended the call and cancelled my ticket almost immediately so that I couldn’t get it exchanged.

Post sales team not helpful - quite rude and unsympathetic. Delivery dates not honoured - not able to explain reason for delay or give estimation of when goods will be delivered. I would avoid buying from this company at all costs. I was under the delusion they were a very good company. I just hope we have no need for the after sales team, if we ever receive the goods that is...

I find all my news from Flipboard, and it is completely free. It is nice to have a mix of different sources instead of hopping around one website. However it has these flaws:-Personalization is not good and is often completely random.-App is useless and hard to navigate.
