It is a waste of time

It is a waste of time, addicting, and the content WAS great but after a while it starts to suck. Posting opinions is not entertaining. I cannot get the algorithm to stop showing me men's rights group posts and custody share disputes. Even if I get them to block me it still pops up and I feel like the app is designed to stress you out. You can say racist stuff but not anything promoting celebacy. Weird. It's pushing some sort of agenda bc I WAS awesome!

Totally unreliable. To be avoided at all costs.

I bought their S-B-S Instaview fridge in May 2018. After only 4 years it breaks down and no longer cools. So the (documented) story is that LG repairs replaced the compressor and coolant, to no avail. LG Repairs declared that the compressor apparently leaked oil into the cooling circuit thus blocking the coolant liquid from circulating properly anymore. Spent €2500 for a fridge that breaks down after only 4yrs, when normally they last a lifetime. A fridge is pretty basic technology. LG refuses to repair or replace despite the 10yr Compressor guarantee. Really sick. Do NOT buy anything from them. Unbelievable!!!

Powerful software, but still not proficient with how to use it effectively as a new business with a small client list. Manual client appointment scheduling procedures could be improved on the site, and added to the App. Easier to get issues/questions resolved with phone versus virtual chat, but associates are courteous and helpful.

they claim "we don't collect any fees" but they added a mandatory "tip" processing fee equivalent to 15 percent of my donation to an organization in need, and there was no option to decline or change it.There should be a fixed fee, if anything -- accompanied by NO CLAIMS THAT THEY DO NOT COLLECT FEES, not a variable fee (by another name, disguised poorly) that takes proportionally more from those who give more. Lack of transparency and honesty = lack of trustworthiness. I cancelled the donation :(

Still have to pay the full amount with a credit card.

When I first had it, I was able to easily pay with Hulu gift cards and that was it. No charge to my credit card. Nowadays, if you have a $50.00 gift card say for instance, it doesn’t cover just $50.00 and let you pay the difference with the credit card; it just covers a specific time frame and the due date changes. No point in having gift cards ever.

Yoast Customer Service leaves something to be desired

Yoast Customer Service appears to not know what they are doing. I have the product installed on 3 websites. I tried purchasing and installing their WooCommerce product from the Yoast Dashboard on one of my sites. It applied it to the wrong site. In the process they have conflated both accounts, tied one to another and made it impossible to move forward on TWO SEO projects. Not sure what's going on here, but this should be a simple fix. I'll be moving on to another SEO package.

Great place to find an amazing sitter

My sitter has been amazing on multiple occasions and has made the experience. I can do everything I think of on the app (date changes, tips, messaging, booking, etc.). I also love getting to see feedback about my pets and myself afterwards.It was a little bit confusing when first signing up because it did not seem like I was able to edit my pets’ profiles after first saving them. I eventually figured it out but it was unclear. Also, all of the messaging from Rover is addressed to only one of my pets even though I have two set up on the app!

PayPal Suspended My Verified Account Without Just Cause

After years of using PayPal to run a verified and fully legitimate business, my account was suddenly suspended without any valid reason. The suspension has completely disabled my checkout on Shopify and frozen my available funds for 180 days.It started when I was asked to confirm my identity (even though I already did it a year ago). I complied immediately and submitted everything that was requested. This included my passport, government ID, proof of address, a signed rental agreement, and even a photo of myself holding the documents to eliminate any doubt.Despite full cooperation, I received a message saying my account would be permanently limited due to a vague claim that I "may be residing in a different country". That claim is completely false and clearly disproven by the documents I submitted. I repeated this multiple times and provided clear proof.What followed was a frustrating loop of automated responses. One agent simply copied and pasted the same limitation notice and closed the chat without allowing me to respond or escalate. There was no actual review or dialogue, just a generic message and a decision already made.The only person who took the time to help was a support agent named Barbara. She actually listened, acknowledged what I sent, and escalated the case. She even followed up. But unfortunately, her effort was completely ignored. The suspension was enforced anyway, with no further review of the facts I provided.As a result, my business has been directly impacted. Customers cannot check out. I have had to pause Meta and Google ads during a flash sale (time sensitive promotion period) and respond to complaints from people unable to pay. This caused immediate and measurable damage to my business' income and reputation, and all because of a decision based on assumptions rather than facts.I have had no disputes, no chargebacks, and no violations of PayPal’s rules. I have followed every step and cooperated fully, only to be treated like I did something wrong.If someone from PayPal is willing to look into this properly, I am open to updating this review. Until then, this remains a warning to others. Even if you follow all the rules, your account and your income can still be put on hold with no clear process, no fair review, and no accountability.
