Would be better off without their technical support

My high-end Philips TV developed a screen fault within about 6 months of purchase, which isn't great, but understandable, these things happen. What isn't understandable is the service I've received since then; Philips referred the issue to a third party (Equinox maintenance Ltd) who sent a technician to my home on 13/09/22. However, instead of repairing the fault he actually broke the television completely (it now won't even power on).It is now 11/10/22, 4 weeks on from when Philips' repair service actually BROKE my product, and the only contact I've had from either company (when chased) is that they're waiting for parts to be delivered with no ETA for an actual repair.A similar review will be posted against Equinox.
