Called Daniel about my washing machine and right off the bat, he was very unprofessional. I could hear him eating over the phone as I tried to explain my situation about the washing machine. According to their technician, the washing machine has a manufacturer defect and Samsung would be able to replace it despite being out of warranty. When I said that I didn’t have the receipt, he ended the call and cancelled my ticket almost immediately so that I couldn’t get it exchanged.
