They Are Getting Worse :(

Quick assistance, although they often take too long to understand the problem. Hosting is okay, but prices are high compared to competitors. Every additional service, even small things, significantly increases the prices. Initially, to attract clients, their prices were reasonable, but now they are going overboard. I purchased the email marketing package only to discover that it is not possible to create a second administrator/collaborator to handle graphics and sending. So, if I have people I pay, I have to do everything myself. Or I am forced to give out my personal account. This issue has been going on for months, and they still haven't done anything to fix it. I hope they wake up!

Review of sendgrid

Yesterday my dad passed away

Yesterday my dad passed away. Today, when I am mourning and consoling family members, I start receiving numerous calls from customers who have not received emails that are normally triggered by Sendgrid. These calls couldn't have come on the worst day of my life! I have to do research and try to figure out what was going wrong. Then I find out that SendGrid has put my account on hold. No notification emails, no telephone call....nothing. Then to try and contact customer service is a nightmare. It a we will call you, just leave your telephone number. I find out it's because SendGrid's security has been breached and I have to add more security and reset my account! SendGrid has had poor customer service in the past, but this is the last straw. Do not use this company if you are looking for a stable service with good customer service!

Review of yahoo

In August

In August, I changed my password and was charged £4.80 for the service. I unsubscribed from this service in the same month, yet I am still being charged. I have tried to cancel the subscription, but I cannot because the password I set in August no longer works.Additionally, I am unable to reset my password due to receiving multiple verification codes that prevent me from proceeding. I was informed that I need a second phone to change my password, which I do not have. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience, and I request immediate assistance in resolving both the ongoing charges and the issues with resetting my password.

I was creating non-profit account where we could sell items online that wouldn't necessarily sell at our thrift store. After five months of completing all the information and communicating with eBay, our account which was really never created is suspended. I am not allowed to try to correct the issue because I can't talk to someone who will share what I can do to correct the issue. It's almost as if I was convicted of a crime and don't know what the charges are. I have an accuser, and I don't have a chance to defend myself.

Shame

I was customer for 8 years, never missed the payments, had an excellent credit.Unfortunately some bad things happened and I was struggling to pay the medical bills.I called customer service and asked for some help, hardership program.I called them twice, but they told me that at this time ( it was first time that I asked something like that) Iam not qualified for help. After they send me a letter with explanation that my reasons for hardship are not valid . If health reasons are not a reason for the hardship program, what needs to happen to qualify you for assistance. In two months I paid as much as I could, less than the minimum payment. They sent me stupid messages to download the app and pay, that was the only help from them.My credit was affected immediately.finally a message appeared in my account saying that they can help me in three months with a certain amount that I need to pay.it wasn't ideal and it was quite late. My situation is improving and I can't wait to pay off that debt. I will never take anything from them again, neither will my family. Instead of helping me as an old customer, I was punished and humiliated

Review of google

Is Google becoming unworkable ??? Hmmmm....

Update: Glad to see that the terrible structural changes were rolled back, I will continue uneasily using gmail for the moment. The major issue which I have with Google as a company now is that support is uncontactable; a large user base is reliant on employees picking up on and dealing with problems. The company services have become depersonalised and this makes me twitchy. Nevertheless I have moved my rating from one star to three. I am however preparing to pull the plug on using Google services including youtube if it becomes just a vending machine which arbitrarily impliments policies with the philosophy of 'deal with it'. Lots of tech companies manage to engage properly with customer base - this is becoming more important to me. I hope this stimulates conversation your end Google.Google support, this is me sending out a flare. I have used my gmail account with you since 2010. I have registered my domain name, verified it multiple times; I am a known entity to your systems and now you have changed the conditions of sign in locking me out of my own communications for my work. I dont have the same phone number - in fact I dont have a phone (Google BBC article called 'The people deciding to ditch their smartphones' with my name Alex Dunedin) - therefore you have just blocked my only way of working in the world. I have gone through all your attempted automated support processes and they lead back to themselves - you have a tangled hierarchy, something called a 'strange loop' - this means that you need to communicate with me and help me get past your broken system. I borrowed a phone to update the recovery number in google admin but this has not reflected in the gmail account associated with the google admin. I need you to show me some hope that you can work with me and do what you did before as this is the second time the issue has arisen. Without this you destroy access to thirteen years of community education project communications and illustrate that Google is now an unworkable company because of arbitrary and clumsy structural changes to your system improperly phased in without warning or consultation. Please help me turn this one star into a five star rating; if you reach out I have no choice but to use my university email address to continue this support conversation. Are companies which are making revenues way beyond their capacity to attend to customers going to have a long and strong future ? For this person, no.

Review of LinkedIn

Very pathetic customer service

Very pathetic customer service. No way to contact them, all they give is articles to resolve queries. I was really looking forward to advertising on LinkedIn instead. But they deducted charges without reason, & now I don't even know how to remove credit card.

Review of LinkedIn

Really not worth it

I have attempted to use the site on both sides of the Atlantic and proved to be useless after hundreds of attempts with agencies advertising creating jobs despite not having any, only to create a 'buzz of activity' besides many 'employers' not responding or responding with 'unfortunately' - and you do not read the rest as you realise your highly educated/highly experienced person is not appreciated at all for the time and money you put in to peruse their website.Worse, I was targeted by a group of con men pretending to work for a well known large company by using the software of another well known company and no one bothered to reply when I mentioned the con, only saved by the prompt action of my bank who knew the con men as they targeted so many people (they ask you to set up your home office and pretend to ship to you in advance the very expensive computer/printer etc you need - common in the IT industry for example).Linkedin is just a con website designed to waste your time.
