Absolute thiefs. Asked help about refunds as it's unacceptable to change premium skins years later. People paid their hard earned money for stuff it should be honoured or refunded. Simple. If I bought a suit for a funeral that was black and when I got home it magically turned blue I would be pissed. You can't just charge people for things and then change them. Contacted support to see if they would refund any item affected as I've put a fair amount into this game over the years and their response was "contact steam" didn't ask what it was regarding or anything just straight "go to steam". The funny part it I've only just started using the game on steam and have 1200 hours on origin and pretty much all my purchases come though origin due to me having ea play pro. Useless bots who have no idea what's going on from an equally useless and quite frankly disgraceful company.
