Fedex delivered a package with my address and someone elses name on it. I put in a case and 4 days later nothing. The package is still outside my house. I called to day. Had to call 5 times because the system couldn't understand the issue. It kept telling me it couldn't put me through to a representative. Tried the chat. It couldn't understand the issue and wouldn't put me through for a live chat. Finally had to say I wanted to file a complaint to get put through what a waste. This isn't customer service.

This was the worse concert experience I’ve ever had. Refunds should be distributed. Fans lives were put a risk due to the weather. Many of us had to leave before Hozier even went in because there was a 3 hour weather delay. There was very poor communication by the venue. Ticketmaster, Crew Stadium, and Live Nation should be ashamed. You all chose profits over safety.

This site has taken me in the complete wrong direction of my destination. I wasted much energy and time on turnarounds to go in the right direction. Many times it gave the wrong direction to the freeway which is practically next to my starting point. Will be looking for a new site for locations.

I am not sure if I have ever received any decent customer support from mailchimp. I do understand that I am a complete newbie and I needed help with setting everything up from scratch, but the way I was treated by their team made me feel even more stressed about this whole process. I was ready to go back to my old way of emailing my subscribers but gladly I found sender.net which has an extremely helpful support team. It has been a blast to set up my account and start using their platform as it is not only way easier to understand but if I had any questions I was quickly helped with screenshots and step-by-step guides. That is what customer support should look like!

I booked via IHG.com as I have used 3rd party sites for a while now, this was due to their Best Price Guarantee.I booked the Crown Plaza in Dubai for 11 days (I am working, and have stayed there before, the hotel itself would get 5 stars).First thing was it put on an "Additional Charge" for 500+ AED, Thought at the time it might have been the tax...but it wasn't until after that the tax had already been shown. I did ask what this was, but no one could tell me..Secondly...I looked at booking.com (My usual site) to see if it was cheaper...It was! but by about 30%! So I started the process of the Best Price Guarantee...I got a rejection very quickly and short...."We checked, but cant see it"..which was the general jist.I replied with a screenshot of the deal that could still be booked "We dont normally take in account screenshots, but will make an exception (Thanks for that!), having checked, its not a fixed bed (I booked a King instead of 2 queens but even though you can select a King on booking, there is no guarantee - IHG also doesn't say it guarantees the type..) So will be rejecting.I asked this to be raised as the Room + package was the same, just no guarantee I would get the King bed or two Queens (Everything else the same!)The Senior Case Manager came back and basically said no and "encourage you to learn more about our program and to reference our Terms and Conditions"...Seems to me not having a guarantee on what bed you have in the same room is not a valid excuse, but also having a "snarky" customer service rep also doesn't help (And having read some of these reviews, I am not in a minority)

GoPro gives you the option to pay £10 more for an earlier delivery, which never happens, then they turn around and explain that processing the order takes time, which is fine and makes sense, but then WHY give the early delivery option in the first place?? I have explained this MULTIPLE times to their terrible customer service, and my refund request was rejected over and over again. So essentially, they have a MONEY GRABBING tactic BUILT-IN to their website, to TRICK customers into paying more, and then refuse to refund them with a bogus excuse.Regardless of whether their camera is any good, there are plenty of other companies in the market with great products. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

When asking why - they careless and quite rude reply something like ''your account is suspended and you will never be able to make an account ever again'' hahahah how self-important can you be? there are so many alternatives to portals like this one. Gosh, get lost, inadequate!

I believe they are the only company that unmonitor `support` email box. Why you have email address that `support@` and you unmonitor it. I have a dispute and trying to challenge it but Clover having system errors and I can not challenge it online. Customer support saying that I need to call them or if I have fax machine. Fax machine? Why? We in 2025 and people going to space for just touristic reasons and Clover wants me to use fax machine? I got my phone or computer and I dont want to waste my time for trying to find fax machine. I got a business to run and I will not be able to challenge with that dispute because it will be expired because Clover having system errors thats because I can not challenge it online,whatever..

It is a pretty good transfer site but they changed things a few years ago. It was once much simpler for my clients to receive transfers. It is now confusing for many of my customers. They should make it easy to just hit "Transfer"or download now. It's a confusing layout. Needs to be simple again. The ads are terrible.
