I am not sure if I have ever received any decent customer support from mailchimp. I do understand that I am a complete newbie and I needed help with setting everything up from scratch, but the way I was treated by their team made me feel even more stressed about this whole process. I was ready to go back to my old way of emailing my subscribers but gladly I found sender.net which has an extremely helpful support team. It has been a blast to set up my account and start using their platform as it is not only way easier to understand but if I had any questions I was quickly helped with screenshots and step-by-step guides. That is what customer support should look like!
