I believe they are the only company that unmonitor `support` email box. Why you have email address that `support@` and you unmonitor it. I have a dispute and trying to challenge it but Clover having system errors and I can not challenge it online. Customer support saying that I need to call them or if I have fax machine. Fax machine? Why? We in 2025 and people going to space for just touristic reasons and Clover wants me to use fax machine? I got my phone or computer and I dont want to waste my time for trying to find fax machine. I got a business to run and I will not be able to challenge with that dispute because it will be expired because Clover having system errors thats because I can not challenge it online,whatever..
