GoPro gives you the option to pay £10 more for an earlier delivery, which never happens, then they turn around and explain that processing the order takes time, which is fine and makes sense, but then WHY give the early delivery option in the first place?? I have explained this MULTIPLE times to their terrible customer service, and my refund request was rejected over and over again. So essentially, they have a MONEY GRABBING tactic BUILT-IN to their website, to TRICK customers into paying more, and then refuse to refund them with a bogus excuse.Regardless of whether their camera is any good, there are plenty of other companies in the market with great products. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
