Absolute shambles of a paid support system, I've been a Premium subscriber for a number of years and for the first time ever I have had to open a premium support ticket as Wordfence has repeatedly blocked ourselves and other users accessing our own website. My ticket is still yet to be resolved since opening it nearly a month ago and my last response I've received was 12 days ago. How can they charge for this atrocious "premium support ticket" system.

Terrible Service – Paid but Got Nothing!I ordered a pair of sneakers as a gift, and the company emailed me saying they had been delivered, even providing a picture as proof. The problem? They left the package outside my front door, and when I got home, it was nowhere to be found. I checked with my neighbors—nothing.I contacted customer support, expecting a resolution, but all I’ve gotten is the same response: "We’re investigating." Meanwhile, I’ve paid for something I never received, and they refuse to refund me or send a replacement. Absolutely unacceptable! I will never buy from them again. If you value your money, I suggest you shop elsewhere.

I was a Platinum Pro on Thumbtack paying $450 a week for leads. They do nothing to help you get paid...Nothing! But when a customer has a complaint on you?? Then they are all over you. They have no protection for the Pros. They sent me a random email about my professionalism with no details. When I asked to provide details since we have 52 five star reviews. The next email I got back they kicked me off the site. No explanation and no one to call. They blocked me like a bad break up. Couldn't even call them. What a bunch of unprofessional jerks

I decided to give ship station a try because we manufacture personalised products and desperately needed a way to centralise orders across multiple selling platforms.As a seller I have found it difficult to keep on top of the different ways Ebay, Amazon, Etsy and Shopify do things. It's shortened our dispatch time and generally made our lives a lot easier. It's easy to use and does more than what I expected. The multiple user feature means I can restrict what staff see and access. I no longer have to search across multiple platforms looking for orders and having centralised statistics gives me a better overview of our performance.Alex and the team have been really helpful. Training and aftercare has been provided.

We have switched to Odoo as our company ERP system. What we quickly realized is that very standard things are done differently in Odoo and simple changes can be very difficult. Best examples are their invoice templates that look pretty terrible and there is no guidance on how to adapt them. They probably do this on purpose so you need to buy one of their Success Packages to customize your solution. Ok, that´s part of their business model and we accepted that, even though you can only buy full packages of many hours even though you only require small adjustments. We bought it from Odoo directly which was a mistake since the person that took care of it was little qualified. Making small changes on a report template for invoices and quotations used up the entire EUR 2500 budget. We were still ok with that. What we are not ok with is that after the last Upgrade, all the changes disappeared and Odoo told us, we need to buy another Success Package to re-implement them. They say this is standard in SaaS solutions. We told them about the issues before the Upgrade, the told us we are required to run the upgrade anyway because it is mandatory, and now they want to charge us again for things they broke or didn´t implement correctly in the first place. And we will probably have to pay again after the next Upgrade in 6 months. I call this a scam and recommend everyone to not choose Odoo, or at least not the Cloud version. The customer service is very poor and their business model questionable.

Me as a gamer on video games play some games where there some things u wanna change and how do u do that? simple download mods but just not from this website the site can hack u and steal ur pc if u download any thing from it, it has a change to take over ur pc/computer.There is a reason that all the good anti virus programs will just remove it from ur pc so u cant accese it or just when ever get on it it will say "This website isnt safe" There is a reason for that and that is it have taken over up to 300 pc/computers on the last three years. I finally had an experience where I ordered a meal for Lent on Friday and it never arrived. I asked doordash to issue me credits and I ordered a meal from a different restaurant. So a week later I am sick and ordered breakfast for Lent. My app says I have to provide a pin code to dasher to receive my order. I did. However, this is ludicrous. Why is the customer being punished for a dasher who either stole the food and tip or dropped the food off at the wrong place. I also tip well. Do better Doordash.

If I could leave no stars I would. Have been waiting for a credit since 16th December. Customer service is shocking. Email replies are pathetic with some stupid statement that they start all replies with about ‘being comfortable in your shoes’ - well I certainly aren’t comfortable in their shoes. Will never buy from them again. Avoid this company if you expect any sort of decent service.

BUYER BEWARE! They sound nice and kind on their website, but are yet another corporate devil in disguise. All they care about is cash today to pay their investors. Not interested in the long term. As others have mentioned, Asana's customer support and sales practices are shady, misleading, and in very poor taste. I faithfully used the app for 5+ years and had various levels of subscription. I was an enterprise level subscriber and they only sell licenses in bundles of 5 and there is no way to downgrade during your annual subscription. Further, you can't cancel online or stop your subscription from renewing online. If you are even a day late to ask for a downgrade OR cancelation, forget about it. They are completely inflexible. Well, they just lost a long term, paying customer. I'll vote with my dollars and move on. Too bad as their tool has some real potential. Use one of the other many apps that work almost exactly the same.

Made a purchase online and it was lost by Hermes. They refused to refund and even closed my account so I cannot reply to the email to dispute this statement. Poor customer service. Never going to order again. Waste of money and time. I'm guessing I have lost my £209 which is a big amount. _ No one replies to my chat on their social medias and I couldn't get in touch due to them having to closed my account. I am fuming!! Can someone reply to me and sort this mess up.
