BUYER BEWARE! They sound nice and kind on their website, but are yet another corporate devil in disguise. All they care about is cash today to pay their investors. Not interested in the long term. As others have mentioned, Asana's customer support and sales practices are shady, misleading, and in very poor taste. I faithfully used the app for 5+ years and had various levels of subscription. I was an enterprise level subscriber and they only sell licenses in bundles of 5 and there is no way to downgrade during your annual subscription. Further, you can't cancel online or stop your subscription from renewing online. If you are even a day late to ask for a downgrade OR cancelation, forget about it. They are completely inflexible. Well, they just lost a long term, paying customer. I'll vote with my dollars and move on. Too bad as their tool has some real potential. Use one of the other many apps that work almost exactly the same.
