I finally had an experience where I ordered a meal for Lent on Friday and it never arrived. I asked doordash to issue me credits and I ordered a meal from a different restaurant. So a week later I am sick and ordered breakfast for Lent. My app says I have to provide a pin code to dasher to receive my order. I did. However, this is ludicrous. Why is the customer being punished for a dasher who either stole the food and tip or dropped the food off at the wrong place. I also tip well. Do better Doordash.
