G2: A credible, fun, and intuitive way of reviewing businesses and software!

G2's UI is really easy on the eyes. It makes navigating through the website refreshing. The UX is really great too! As a first time user in G2, it was really easy to understand what I am doing. It makes reviewing software and businesses fun and intuitive!

Don't pay to upgrade the seat! You wont receive the seat and you wont get a refund!

We paid for a seat upgrade from economy to the upstairs twin seats. Emirates overbooked these and took the seats away from us the day before the flights. This was 6 months ago and I am still trying to get a refund. I will never fly emirates again!

Zero customer loyalty and support

Recently, I moved all my 4 iphones to a new carrier and thought that was the end of my association with AT&T. However, I came to find out that I had been carrying an extra iphone number since 2022 when my granddaughter went to the AT&T store and purchased a new iphone because her old phone had broken. Apparently, they had erroneously given her a new number (which she did not need since she kept her old number). Consequently, they kept billing me for this number for an extra 2 months after my preceived departure from them and since I was on autopay and never looked, I did not realize this until I got the bill. I brought this to AT&T's attention that I had been carrying this number since 2022 and argued that it was their fault and since there had been zero data and zero phone activity on this number, that they should reimburse me for the two months and also the 2 years of carrying this fictitious number and thus, end my business with them. They refused, even though I had been a loyal customer with them for close to 20 years. Greedy, calloused and worse company ever with no heart and zero customer loyalty.

Worst experience ever!!!!

I had to repeat info over and over. I have used TurboTax for over 10 years to file my taxes and it has never taken this long before and I have never been so frustrated. At the end it said I had not filed with TurboTax last year, even though I had the printed copy in my hand. I will NOT be using Turbo Tax next year.

I called for return, and told that I will receive an email with a ticket in 48 hours, but waited for a week not to receive the email. Try to call again, and say the same thing.  and waited for a week again.  But get a rope on the phone, try many times, but not succeed

$1000 + coffee machine stolen from me

Unbelievable that a company this size has one of the worst customer services I’ve seen to date! The agents who answer the phones are polite but all you get is nice platitudes and zero help. Their upper management is an absolute joke! They told me to send my brand new $1000+ machine that arrived used back to them and they would replace it immediately. It’s now been almost 3 weeks since they RECEIVED my old machine and there is no sign of my new machine! I’ve requested to speak with a manager 4 times and everytime despite clear promises, no body calls or emails. Their product specialist person Ismail has been MIA despite multiple emails and calls. It honestly feels like a scam company from oversees! 3 weeks, tens of hours on hold and I still have no idea where my machine is!Hard to believe this is Philips!! I would NEVER EVER buy a single product from them. You get better customer service from walmart!

Being forced to hire a lawyer by AAA Supervisor and Adjuster

I was in a car accident on 9/29/2022 the Insurance being AAA, Adjuster being David Hampton and Supervisor Lizbet Rubio whom I’ve tried multiple times to reach out to and never once have I heard back. From the start I noticed how rude Mr. Hampton could be and asked for a different adjuster but denied this. However I am a professional and usually can deal with nonsense. For several months Mr. Hampton has had everything he needs to settle. But the one and only offer he has made was four months ago and wasn’t enough to cover my medical bills let alone compensate me for pain & suffering, lost wages, etc. He continues to drag this out for no reason and the company seems to be fine with this. He’s made me resubmit my medical bills, lies about calling back and ignores my emails and calls. He forcing me to get a lawyer when I’ve handled this entire claim myself. I feel devastated and deeply insulted by this. The injuries I’ve sustained are life long. My neck is hyperextended & weak and will always be so, my right leg is pushed out by 1.5 inches which leaves me in need of special shoes for the remainder of my life. I am also in a great deal of pain from my back daily. I’ve even had to change careers at 49 years old! I had to move from a home that I loved. This accident has left me not only hurting physically, but has also left me in a state of depression with a great deal of anxiety. This insurance agency has left me no choice but to speak out to for warn others about the way they do business.

Top service Pandora Wexford

We were served by Rebecca and Molly in Pandora Wexford. They were so helpful and when I requested if they had a dragonfly charm , they didn't and suggested drawing a dragonfly on a heart charm with an engraving on the back, I was so happy. They went above and beyond for my sister and I. This is what I call customer service ! Rebecca and Molly are a real credit to Pandora Wexford.
