The fact that there is always someone available 247 to listen to your complaints and suggest ways around it is impressive. I used to be on interserver for 4 years, but i left to namecheap and cant believe I have been missing out on awesome customer service.

I have kept screenshots of everytime instagram has removed my NICE comments on peoples pages. Comments of support, comments wishing people well, comments praising a small businesses products. I’ve kept all the screenshots. These get removed but racist comments calling people the N word, comments telling people to k*ll themselves, pictures of dead children, porn, animal abuse, people torturing animals alive, none of these are taken down and when you report them they say it doesn’t go against their guidelines.It’s because instagram love this content, they want hate spreading across the platform, they do not want people to support eachother, they want to push all the genuinely good people out and keep the hate alive. There is literally no other reason for this.
